Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

Barbara hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist die Nähe zum Strand perfekt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein. für 2 Personen mit Hund gab es alles was man so braucht. Es war sauber und toll gelegen. Für einen Kurztrip einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der schönen Unterkunft, der Weg zum Strand war super nah und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Carla war sehr gut erreichbar und haben gerne unsere Morgende und Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, fedele alle foto caricate sul sito. Per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, Dany mette a disposizione un lettino da campeggio e un seggiolone, entrambi in buono stato, per cui non è necessario portarli. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi e anche il centro di Chioggia è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa mezzora. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata facile e puntuale.

Dario host molto reattivo, casa pulitissima e ordinata, lo consiglio vivamente alle famiglie perché la casa si trova in un posto tranquillo ma anche vicino alla spiaggia

ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa pulita e accogliente. quando siamo arrivati l’ambiente era già riscaldato.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

ottimo alloggio, pulito e molto ben organizzato. La cucina è molto accessoriata, in bagno è presente il phon e in salotto ci sono alcuni giochi in scatola e una cucinetta per bimbi: apprezzati dai figli e dai genitori per passare una vacanza in serenità! Bello spazio esterno con tavolo e anche doccia per togliere la sabbia. La zona è tranquilla, c'è una spiaggia libera raggiungibile a piedi. Elisa è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino di benvenuto 💞 Alloggio super consigliato anche per famiglie!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Wir wollten eine moderne, gepflegte, saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, und diese Wohnung war genau das, was wir wollten. Wir lieben es, morgens unseren Kaffee zu trinken und auf das Meer zu schauen, und das war diese Woche möglich. Der Umgang mit den Gastgebern hat uns Zuversicht und Sicherheit gegeben und wir sind dafür dankbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mooi appartement met uitzicht over de stad en het strand. Makkelijk te bereiken met een auto en eigen parkeerplaats. Hoofdstraat en strand op korte loopafstand. Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en heerlijk terras.

Markus’ place is amazing! The location is great, the space is clean, and the pool view is a nice bonus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the keypad at check-in, but Markus quickly sent his mom over, and the problem was fixed within 50minutes. Great host and highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in the apartment. The area is perfect with a little child (ours turned one during our stay), directly at the beach, very nice and clean pool area and the apartment has everything needed. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. We would love to come back someday. Antonio was very friendly and the communication was fast and easy.

Alessandros Apartment war wie in der Beschreibung. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Wir bekamen sogar noch kleine Schälchen und eine Espressokanne. Man muss sich nur trauen zu fragen und es wird das ermöglicht, was möglich ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit drei Terrassen super ausgestattet (die dritte ist nur zum Stehen und den Weitblick genießen). Sehr praktisch war auch das erste Frühstück unten im Erdgeschoss. und natürlich der Sonnenschirm und den zwei Liegen (bei uns in der ersten Reihe, yeah). Der Schriftverkehr mit Alessandro war vorbildlich. Er hat öfter von sich aus geschrieben. Wer es nicht so abgehoben haben möchte, liegt bei der Wohnung genau richtig. Und wir haben es natürlich sehr genossen, in drei Minuten am Strand zu sein. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Lovrečica. Marko und seine Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Marko hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert und uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und blitzsauber. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Aussicht ist einfach phenomenal. Sogar noch viel besser als auf den Fotos. Marko hat für uns im oberen Stockwerk extra ein Babytor montiert das unser jüngster Sohn nicht die Treppe runterfallen konnte. Nochnals vielen Dank dafür. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und erholsam und das Meer nur etwa 200m entfernt. Als wir dort waren gab es auch immer genug Platz am Strand.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Herr Carlo war wie ein Freund und zögerte nicht, auf jede Anfrage zu antworten, außer ihm eine angemessene Erklärung für jede Anfrage zu geben. Vielen Dank, Herr Carlo

Ottimo soggiorno, tutto perfetto come da descrizione, ampi spazi, pulito, host sempre disponibile, cosa si può chiedere di meglio? La parta più bella è al piano interrato, un enorme salotto con tavolo da bigliardo e un bagno ampissimo! Consigliatissimo!

Casa bellissima e molto grande e attrezzatissima. Terrazzo favoloso e confortevole. Zona strategica per centro storico, spiaggia, negozi, locali. Le sere e le notti sono un po' rumorose, per via della pizzeria e dei locali sotto casa; ma tutto tollerabile... Emiliano e Gigi erano sempre pronti a rispondere alle esigenze che abbiamo avuto. Nel complesso, una bellissima esperienza; un posto da consigliare! Brigitte e Massimiliano

L’appartamento era come descritto, tutto molto pulito, terrazza enorme. L’attenzione per i bambini è tanta, offrono un sacco di comfort molto utili e l’idea di far trovare dei giochi puliti e disinfettati è bellissima, la nostra bimba è stata entusiasta. Il mare è davvero a due passi, non c’è nemmeno la strada da attraversare. Lettini e ombrellone in spiaggia e piscina molto bella. Davvero super consigliato, soprattutto se avete dei bambini!

Alloggio adeguato e host disponibile. Consiglio un telo di copertura per l’auto in quanto il parcheggio è situato in pineta e la presenza di numerosi volatili crea disagio. Consigliato
