Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Amazing hosts. Great place close to everything needed. This rental includes bikes which is a total hit for us. Definitely will recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with all the comfort you need. Nice touch of bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Paulo met us personally and showed us around, leaving phone number for any problems (we had no need to use it). Bed is comfortable and clean, with lots of storage space. We only used the main bedroom so can't comment on the other, but it looked fine. Bathroom also clean with lovely powerful shower, heated towel rail, shampoo and shower gel and also towels that are actually large enough to wrap around you. Plenty of sockets, a coffee machine with a few pods ("Uno" type if you want to bring your own), sugar, jams and condiments provided. Location in a quiet alleyway near lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights, train station, Guglie or Madonna dell Orto waterbus stops from the airport (about 10 mins to each). I would not hesitate to stay here again. La casa di Luca è uno spazio di eleganza, di arte e di bellezza. L'interno è profondamente raffinato ed estremamente pulito, il giardino è delizioso, uno spazio imprevedibile nel centro della città. é stata veramente un'esperienza estetica. Consigliatissimo.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und das sagt doch schon alles 😊👌🏻 In den Bewertungen davor wurde eigentlich schon alles erwähnt und daher ist es schwer noch was besseres über die Unterkunft zu sagen. In live ist es noch viel schöner wie auf den Fotos und der Garten ist ein Traum. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt hergerichtet. Jody ist ein fürsorglicher, hilfsbereiten und sehr diskreter Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbaren Tage 🥰👌🏻

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Für uns als Familie mit drei (kleinen) Kinder war es perfekt. Es ist sehr sauber, gut gelegen, Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia und Carlos war prima und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind begeistert!

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. Matteo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wohnung der Lage ist top, gerade wenn man auch einen Hund dabei hat. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche zu wenig für 4 Personen und für diesen Preis, speziell was die Größe des Kochgeschirr angeht. Es gab auch kein Schneidebrett und die Messer die vorhanden waren taugen nichts. Toaster fehlt auch. Ein Staubsauger hat auch gefehlt, es gab nur einen Besen mit dem es fast unmöglich den Teppich zu reinigen.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Markus’ place is amazing! The location is great, the space is clean, and the pool view is a nice bonus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the keypad at check-in, but Markus quickly sent his mom over, and the problem was fixed within 50minutes. Great host and highly recommended!

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s in Europe. Great location, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, super comfortable beds, all the amenities needed, peaceful surroundings, and amazing hosts. They were both so kind and helped us make dinner reservations to a great restaurant in town. They also provided tips on what to see in Venice. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again soon!

Apartment was as desribed and as photos. Giacomo resonded very quickly and was very friendly and helpfull. Checking in was easy with clear instructions to find apartment. Would love to stay again

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Olga's home in Venice is lovely! Very Venetian, cozy and homey. Olga and Francesca were incredibly helpful and responsive to anything that came up and provided recommendations on restaurants and cafes nearby which was very kind. Everything worked well for our family, kitchen has everything you would need, rooms were well set up - the heating wasn't working great in one room when we arrived but Olga and team were incredibly quick to respond and help with a fix which was perfect and worked great for the remainder of our stay. The location is ideal and easy walking to everything in Venice while still being on a quiet canal. While it was too cold to properly use the outside space, we all said we wanted to come back and stay again in the warmer months because the patio and terrace were lovely and would be so wonderful to enjoy in warmer weather. A lovely home and Olga was a great host! We visit Venice often and hope to stay here again!

Affittato per motivi di lavoro, posizione ottima, centralissima, non ho mai dovuto usare l'auto per spostarmi. La casa non dispone di parcheggio, ma a breve distanza ce ne sono molti gratuiti. Condivisa con una collega: due mazzi di chiavi, due bagni, di cui uno in camera, quindi massima riservatezza, massima indipendenza, spazi ampi.

Ubytovaní bylo skvělé, moderní, čisté. Byt je velký (byli jsme ubytováni 2 dospělí a 2 děti). V ceně ubytování je i slunečník a parkovací místo (auto lze parkovat v modré zóně). velmi jsme uvítali úklidové prostředky (koště, lopatku a mop pro zametení zejm. písku, který si člověk nosí z pláže). Skvělá je i klimatizace. V bytě jsou 2 balkony a na oknech zatemňovací žaluzie, což jsem uvítala zejm. kvůli dětem). Byt je v centru, blízko pláže i všeho dění, ale i blízko aquaparku. Je možnost si zapůjčit i kolo, ale to jsme nevyuzili. Celkově ubytování u Lucia doporučuji!
