A very cosy, comfortable cottage with well considered, stylish touches that made it a thoroughly delightful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, with thick toppers, plentiful pillows and luxurious bedding. There was plenty of hot water, and a good shower. Susan was welcoming and proactively helpful - both in providing additional cookware for a particular recipe I wanted to make, and in sourcing a new firestick for the TV so we could access Netflix. All in all, a lovely and peaceful haven for our mini-break in Scotland.

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

What can i say except this stay met and exceeded all expectations !!! We came across this listing as we were working in the area, the host was friendly and prompt with their responses and if we had a query they were more than willing to help. The house is situated in a beautiful location, so nice in fact that one of my colleagues who stayed is looking to go back with his family. Highly recommend and thank you again.

Beautiful house with so many social spaces. The outdoor area was lovely too and the hot tub was fab! Close enough to get a taxi into Perth (£20) but also enjoy being in the countryside. Julianne responded quickly to any messages and left a nice box of crisps, biscuits, tea and coffee. Was the perfect place to host a family gathering for my mums 60th. Thanks Julianne!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations—the pictures don’t do it justice. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views in every direction. Rhona was exceptional, providing thoughtful touches and attention to detail that truly made our stay feel five-star. Communication was prompt and the directions provided made finding the property effortless. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We (6 adults, 1 toddler, and a baby) had a great time. The house was a lot bigger than we had realised - there was so much space and the rooms were all a great size. The kitchen and dining area was a great space for cooking and eating meals, with great views of the countryside from the dining table. The lounge comfortably fit us all in, with enough sofas and chairs for 7 people. The complimentary firewood was a nice touch, and the pool table was great - we used it every night. The house was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfy. The showers were nice and powerful, the fridge was a great size, and the Sky TV was a nice added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage, hot tub was fab and everything was sparkling clean! Beds were very comfortable and the shower was really powerful. Lovely little touches like handsoap/shampoo/conditioner. Everything we needed and more (dishwasher tablets, tin foil, utensils etc) very well equipped. Lovely views and outdoor spaces. Would definitely stay again. Lovely stay for a birthday weekend with friends. Very peaceful location and well thought out space with all the amenities required. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Big thank yous to the host for letting us enjoy a family get together at their fantastic house! We all felt right at home, with loads of little extras available to us, besides the standard, expected amenities (like a trully fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, loads of glasses, plates, cutlery, utensils, the lot!). The house itself was a fantastic place for our 3 families to get together and chat, eat, drink and socialise - we even brought our mini dachshund, he loved it as well. The location was great for lovely walks into Dunkeld, strolls along the river, a short drive away from Pine Cone point and many others. We enjoyed a swim at the nearby Erigmore Leisure Park (5 minute walk away) and the New Year's Day street parade in Pitlochry. Thanks again for your hospitality, highly recommended to anyone looking for a quaint, peaceful break with their families.

We have stayed once before so knew it would be ideal for a large family gathering spanning generations. We especially value the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms for older family members. We enjoyed the views including the progress on the new bridge over the Tay. We know Pertshire from longstanding family holidays. It remains as beautiful as ever.

We had the perfect stay at Gordon’s Air B&B this weekend. The place feels very homely and spacious and had everything we needed including some nice wee touches like a bottle of wine and some snacks which we were thankful for. Clean and tidy inside and the rooms were ideal for my pals and I. The highlight for me had to be the beautiful views which were nice to wake up to with blue skies and sun shining. I would definitely recommend here to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and only 15 mins drive from St Andrews!

A lovely and enjoyable holiday from the first minute to the last. A beautiful place to stay, very comfortable and welcoming. You’d also struggle to beat the hospitality shown by the hosts, or indeed in the nearby Commercial Inn. Thanks again to Alex and Christine and hope to see you again soon.

Kathy's place is lovely and the homemade bread, eggs from their chickens and other goodies were a fabulous welcome. It's warm, inviting and really comfortable. The pictures in the listing don't do the place justice.

Carol is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond. Our stay was perfect from the minute we arrived till we left. Carol adds additional touches to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Croissants were delicious and the home baked cake was delightful! We look forward to our next stay and will be recommending to friends. Thank you keep doing your thing Carol a taste of heaven 🩷

Had a lovely stay. Choose as just outside St Andrews about 2 miles to the centre. It gave us easy access to St Andrews golf courses and with short drives to numerous beautiful coastal villages Crail , Pitweven and fantastic beaches along the Fife coastal road for the dog , Kingsbarns, lower Largo and Elie. The accommodation was very clean , well equipped for self catering with a really comfy bed and perfect for our trip.

A great place to chill and unwind for a few days ..unspoilt and natural surroundings lots of birds and even deer :-) The house was cosy and warm and had old style charm. We found the mattresses uncomfortable but everyone else in our group slept well so I guess it's just preference. Our hosts were quick to respond when we mentioned it, providing extra duvets for us. Games room is no frills great fun with table tennis and snooker. All in all a great stay, would be back.

We had a perfectly peaceful stay at beautiful Fingask. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; milk, shortbread, tea/coffee provided on arrival. We took day trips out and explored the grounds. Fingask was exactly what we were looking for for our short break - and the sun was shining too!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Arlene has been extremely accommodating to us with some last minute changes. Great host lovely property would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage so nice to get away from the busy world and just relax. A car is a must but it’s so lovely I could’ve just stayed in the cottage and just walked around the beautiful grounds

I thoroghly enjoyed our stay at Gean tree cottage and my dog Jack absolutely loved it! The cottage is as described, perfectly clean, comfortable, toasty warm and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment etc. It's also quite private too so no noise at all. The garden area is huge and well kept so lots of space for dog zoomies. The castle estate has lots of area to explore with swimming pool, games room, gardens, walled kitchen garden, lake, boat house, orchard, so much more! The welcome pack contains lots of information and a map of the estate to help you find your way around. There's EV chargers on the estate now too with a 22kw charger just a 2 minute walk from Gean Tree cottage which is very useful for overnight charging. The staff are very helpful and friendly with information before arrival (and helping my wayward pooch find his way back when he wandered too far 🤦‍♀️). Highly recommended and would love to visit again. Thank you! Jen & Jack
