The flat was extremely clean and tidy upon arrival. The flat was cosy and felt like home away from home. The flat had all the essential items and more including a dryer, rice cooker and smart TV. Carole was very responsive and helpful and answered all my queries. Overall, my experience at Carole’s home was great, and I would highly recommend it for a lovely, comfortable stay. I am a student and had to travel to Ninewells Hospital every weekday and the transport links are pretty good. There are a couple of bus stops that take you right into the city centre and Ninewells hospital. Great place for students to stay!

Great place and great host, some coworkers and I rented it to attend a conference and were shocked with how central the place was, great location and lovely flat. Owner was very responsive and allowed a late check out ❤️

We were so lucky to find this place. It’s situated right in the city centre, easy access to parking and all the shops. The apartment was very quiet, and was a large space for us all to chill. Next time we are in Dundee we will definitely use this space again.

A comfortable stay about 10 minutes from several bus routes. Mandy was generous and thoughtful in her hospitality. I would definitely stay again! Thank you.

We are four friends looking to have a couple of chilled nights away to have a few drinks and laughs. The apartment was perfect for us - really clean, very nicely decorated and furnished. Really comfy beds and pillows, toiletries in the bathroom, teabags, coffee, coffee pods etc in the kitchen. We had a slight issue with the shower when we were there but we contacted the host who was immediately responsive and got the problem sorted very quickly. We had a lovely time - thank you Casa Freda 🥰

Had a fab stay as a group of friends! was lovely to be so close to two parks for a walk through the day and the house had the luxury of feeling a million miles away to be relaxing but actually had everything we needed on the doorstep! would definitely return with friends for a break or family!

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pauline’s Airbnb! Communication from the start was very informative and check in was easy. Two cars can fit on the drive also. Upon entering the property, we noticed how spacious and clean everything was - looked exactly like in the pictures. There’s a nice garden in the back with a log burner too which we didn’t get to use but would be lovely in summer. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the fridge was clean. Lots of blankets in the living room and bedrooms which made the whole place feel very cosy and comfortable. Plenty of towels provided also. Overall I would definitely come back to stay here with my friends 😊 Pauline was a great host!

This place was perfect for us! I brought my 80 year old mother to visit Scotland and the accommodations were excellent! It was a great home base to go visit the places we wanted to. It was beautiful, with peaceful, quiet surroundings, which fit perfectly in our plan for us. Our hosts were helpful and kind, even responding to needs that they noticed, like bringing a longer HDMI cable for me to hook my computer up to the TV. They also had wheelchair ramps for the house which made it so easy for me to get my mother around. There were 4 of us ladies and the bedrooms matched what we need with the connecting bathrooms. Loved this place...it was a slice of heaven for us!

Communication was good from the start. Early check in was a bonus. The cottage was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Clear instructions for all the appliances and the dishwasher was a bonus! There is an option to park right outside but I chose to park in the side street ( without any issues) as it’s quite a busy wee road at times.

Lovely stay, warm, clean and tidy, everything we needed and more. Spacious accommodation for a family of 8 and great we could take the dog too.

Great property, presented to a really high standard. Fabulous location and beautiful views! Had everything we needed. Towels & bedding were fab quality - always a sign of a wonderful place to stay!! The only thing that would have been helpful was some specific guidance on where we could put our recycling on check out. We walked all around surrounding streets and could not find any communal recycling bins as alluded to in info and did not want to be disrespectful to local residents or businesses. Ended up having to take it in a taxi with us to station and found somewhere near station. But really that’s a minor inconvenience. Surprised us with mini cakes, bottle of fizz and a huge bag of crisps with a Happy Birthday Message - Such a lovely touch - Thank you. We will be back. A great place to stay for us to meet up with family.

A fantastic place to stay. More than met our expectations. As a group of friends we loved everything about it. The beds extremely comfortable, showers powerful and plenty of hot water. Kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed. We ate together in the dining room and the lounge area had plenty of room for us to sit together in the evening. We were able to walk into Carnoustie. For us the icing on the cake were the hot tubs.

Umer's flat in Dundee is cosy, comfortable and very well located for getting around the city. Umer was a great host - communicative and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Super logement !! Amanda est très gentille et très réactive aux demandes. Mon séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé dans ce logement très fonctionnel. Le quartier est paisible et proche du centre ville (20min à pieds ou 5min de bus).

We had a great stay. Flat is in a great part of Broughty Ferry, close to the beach and just a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs. Area was also very quiet. Flat is well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Beds were very comfortable and whole family slept well, especially after a lot of sea air.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!

The apartment was nice and modern throughout and well equipped. The area is a little deprived but it felt safe and actually a short walk to lots of shops and eateries which was useful. The king bed is in fact two single beds pushed together which means there is a small gap between the mattresses so sleeping in close proximity in the middle not really possible. However it was peaceful and quiet and we had a comfortable stay at Kate and Alex's place. We would recommend this apartment to other guests.
