Ashley’s property is beautiful and well equipped. A beautiful access to the river ( with its own dock) , park, pool & game room/ patio - this property has it all. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and peaceful/ relaxing location. Conveniently located to New Port Richey and the surrounding communities, it offers everything you could ask for on a short or extended stay on the central sun coast. Highly recommended property and host.

This place is exactly as described and better. Read everything Chris says and that's what you get. It's very spacious and private, yet close to everything. The location is excellent. 5 minutes from private business as well as big box stores, bars and restaurants. There are several beaches & parks within 10 minutes, take your pick. We were visited by a very nice cat usually in the evenings, it would eat and let us pet it and head back out the door. The canal offers a lot of wildlife, birds chirping in the morning while sipping coffee by the pool is priceless. We brought our kayaks and traveled out to Moggle Bay and I also caught some catfish from the dock. Keep in mind that this isn't a 100% rental place, but someone's home that invites guests to stay a percentage of the time. I would definitely stay again.

This was extremely convenient for our family coming down for a business trip. This was right in the area that we needed. There was some things in the basement that seemed to be updated a little poorly, but altogether this was a nice place to stay. Our host was very nice and gave us a lot of instructions and made it very easy to locate and get into. We joked about forgetting to bring some fishing poles, but saw that the host did have one there which was kind of nice! We did not use the outdoor area but it was pretty cute.

Book this great house for the location alone! You will get a Superhost in Ryan, and a nicely appointed vacation home with easy access to a lovely nature park just across the street all while less than a 1.5 miles to the famous Sponge Docks and Greek section of Tarpon Springs. The nature park is a great spot to walk your dog or just enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Clean, comfortable and nicely remodeled home, great bed, and functional kitchen with plenty of storage for your items. Ryan is highly engaged and responsive; you won’t be disappointed with this Tarpon Springs home. We would book again without hesitation.

Super peaceful. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The hot tub is great! Heats up in no time at all. The game room in the basement kept the kids busy for hours. Mary answered all of our questions right away. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

I can’t say enough good things about this home.. we could have sat amongst the beautiful back yard flowers/plants oasis forever.. the view is breathtaking. Megan makes sure the house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.. all you need is your clothes truly. We were able to enjoy the water a couple days just easily hoping in the kayaks and going to the wide open gulf! Unfortunately we ended up in a mandatory evacuation just a few days into our trip due to the hurricane. Megan’s communication was above and beyond thru it all.. Stay in this home when she is ready again. I have no doubt you will be as happy as we were when we got there.

Nice house on a quiet street. The river across the street was awesome. We fished, saw cool boats pass, alligators and tropical looking birds. It was peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need to make home-cooked meals. The rooms have comfortable beds with smart TV's. The giant hot tub out back looked awesome, but we did not use. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Exactly what we expected and more. Dallas and other hosts were proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again if it's available and we are in the area again.

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

This was honestly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! It was so beautiful, clean, and Kristin was extremely helpful. We stayed there while my husband had appointments at Moffitt Cancer Center, but it honestly felt like a much needed getaway! We definitely plan on going back. It felt like a dream! I highly, highly recommend staying there.

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

Martha and George are two of the most wonderful and entertaining hosts in have ever had. The bungalo was absolutely wonderful and in a beautiful location. Hope to have the opportunity to stay with them again. Everything was absolutely phenomenal.

We enjoyed our stay and the dogs loved the fenced yard and the friendly hoses. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Host left us some fresh eggs and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had family to visit in New port Richie so it was an ideal area for us to stay . Nice touches to the little cottage . It had everything we needed . Comfortable bed, washer, dryer , shower, stove top, microwave and best of all ? Our dog was welcomed . People seemed friendly in the are . There was soft music playing for us upon our arrival . Host was next door but gave us plenty of space . Outdoor lighting was helping when we arrived at night

We loved our stay at Laurie's cabin, especially the generous kitchen/dining/living area, the porch with swinging bench, and the fishing dock in front of the house. Laurie and Jeff were wonderful hosts and communicated promptly and proactively.

This stay was very beautiful and well worth the trip. All amenities are accounted for and if not stores and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. The only thing that I would consider is if you drive a low or small vehicle that the entrance to the road isn’t in the best conditions and has some large potholes. Other than that this stay was great and would love to come here again!

I don’t think a review would be enough to express Judy’s hospitality nor how absolutely BEAUTIFUL the scenery of this air bnb was. I had a family member pass recently unbeknownst to Judy and she just made everything so simple and amazing. It was just the getaway I needed. I will definitely be back!
