Lovely clean accommodation, had everything we needed, in a lovely neighbourhood high on a hill. Supermarket and restaurant close by. Quick drive into town and down to the university

Lovely place; very spacious for two people and set in a beautiful garden visited by a wild peahen. We enjoyed the visits from their sweet dog and cat too. Conveniently located to Dunedin, grocery shopping and nearby beaches.

we had a WONDERFUL 2 night stay with Stephanie, in her VERY tidy, warm & comfortable apartment. Stephanie greeted us when we arrived with our 2 dogs. The property is fully & throughly fenced, which we can vouch for because if there had been a way out our Indie would have found it. Thanks Stephanie for the extras, loaf bread, spreads, choc treats, milk & more.

This place was a haven and a perfect jumping-off point for having access to the many sights around Dunedin, without having to deal with the congestion of the city. The apartment itself is peaceful, quiet, well-appointed and in beautiful condition. We enjoyed having our meals with the lovely view of the bay. And Lesley-Ann and Murray could not be better hosts. This one is a gem!

Sarah's place was a dream. Doorstep parking, proper kitchen, living area, good-sized bedroom, heatpump, washing machine. It really ticked all our boxes. Other reviews said the Airbnb unit was well thought out and intentionally planned. I couldn't agree more. Sarah was so kind to turn on the heatpump minutes we arrived due to bad weather. At first thought it was far from DUD CBD but it turned out to be a quick 10 mins drive via the motorway. Would definitely stay again in future!

Ryan was the perfect host ! They respond quickly, and if you need anything they’re very accommodating. :) The place was really clean, the neighborhood was beautiful, and his restaurant recommendations were impeccable. 😁 My boyfriend&I stayed for a month and they really made it feel like home&made our stay in Dunedin a lovely time. 10/10, would recommend. Great place to stay in Dunedin if you’re looking for something quieter out of the CBD. Think it was recently renovated and it looks lovely but doesn’t match the photos - There is also no longer a sofa in the living space, just a second bed. Beautiful views of the harbour, a short walk to Portobello Rd, and a great cafe nearby. Close to St Clair and the city! Alex was a friendly and helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Jean was an amazing host, so kind and friendly. She was always giving out suggestions on dinner places or places nearby and ways to get there. She also was prompt at asking if we needed clothes washed or dishes done which was very appreciated. She was such a lovely host. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely room in a beautiful home. Comfortable and clean. Chris checked on me upon arrival and before I left. Great host and highly recommend.

The stay was lovely and very conveniently located for my purposes. The sauna was a nice point of difference and the shower has fantastic water pressure! I would happily stay again.

Lovely stay at Flora's. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, with a spectacular view of Dunedin, the Sound and the peninsula. Very spacious, and with all the amenities for a comfortable and convenient stay. Check-out time (due to the cleaners' schedule) was a bit rigid -a very minor point in the face of how nice this place is for a large family on holiday.

Great stay at Gael's room. We really enjoyed Really clean. Laundry is really helpful as the kitchen. Well-equipped, many storage unit, spacieus room. Gael is available if you need anything, she is really kind, thoughtful and quick response.
