Great home. Although we spent most of our days at the hospital it was great to come back and have a comfortable bed to sleep in. House was very clean when we arrived. Stairs were not that bad. You go down 3 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms on the ground floor but theyʻre short stairs and arenʻt that bad in terms of getting luggage up & down the stairs. We had a great stay.

Great place to stay, Easy walk into town and back Over the road from number 7 Balmac , excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner! Also the heat pump had been turned on before we arrived so nice and warm for arrival on chilly day, thanks.

Andy was welcoming and greeted us and said goodbye. Ideal stay for our family for the 2 nights we were there.

Sue and Dean's place is just wonderful. A lovely, serene, well appointed gem with all you need for a comfortable stay, and a view that's gold. We didn't want to leave! They are perfect hosts and we would highly recommend a stay there on your next trip to Dunedin/Otago. Great location as well. We were thoroughly pleased.

Would recomended staying here if you are looking for a simple place to spend a night or two in Town. Andy was always available and even helped me find suitable parking for my motorcycle!

A well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a nice window to sit by while eating. Super comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. A good washer /dryer and even a clothesline! A natural foods grocery/café/bakery a couple blocks down the street. Easy walking from here to the museum, CBD, restaurants and brew pubs. Wendy provides great directions and felt very available. It felt like we lived there.

Our second time staying here and highly recommended. Great little cottages, off street parking and a short walk to the city, with lovely views.

Nice place and strategic location. Just that there are many spider webs outside of the house, can do a little bit of cleaning. Pressure of shower can be improved as it is very soft

Incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows and super comfy blanket! I am picky because I have a bad back and I have not slept this well since home (been travelling for months). Very quiet, no noise from neighbors whatsoever. Great balcony to enjoy a quiet chat and wine. Very nice host - she let me check in hours before actual check-in time. Just a great place, if I am ever in need of a place in Dunedin, this is the number one spot. Thank you, Tracey!

Great spot for a Dunedin base. Quiet and clean, great views across the valley. We caught the bus to town and back with no issues. Well equipped kitchen and generous breakfast supplies. We cooked dinner and breakfast both days with no issues. Cosy little place, highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous property meters from The Octagon. Tons of space, beautifully appointed, and the best showers we've had in NZ. Everything was extremely comfortable, in addition to being quite stylish (the latter of which isn't why I choose properties, but it sure can be a bonus). There was one minor glitch, but the hosts were very responsive and attentive. Can’t recommend highly enough!
