Extremely convenient location right in the middle of Dunedin. Lovely to be there during the holiday season for shopping and festive atmosphere. This was our second multi-week stay at this property and we highly recommend it.

Prestige Regas's was fantastic. Everything we needed to see the sights Dunedin and surrounds. supper easy to find and access Grace was very helpful and had grateat recommendations for activities. Her communication was awesome. we loved the place Thanks Grace

We had a great stay in Dunedin thank you. It was very easy to walk into town and place was large enough to have a few people stay. I would recommend this place if you are visiting the area

Sally’s place is in a great location close to restaurants and bars. It was very nice to have an enclosed parking spot. Communication was great. Easy to get to the place. Very comfortable bed and couch.

Loved the location for the view & privacy. Great beds, quilts & curtains for good night sleep. Everything you need. Issues connecting to wifi & Rachael rectified this promptly

Would definitely use again. Comments from 2 of our older group would have liked hand rails on both lots of steps.

Rebecca was an awesome host and this location is amazing! We loved watching the surfers, walking along the boardwalk, and enjoying the great food options nearby. We had a great time!

Stunning view. Recently added covered back yard with plenty of outdoor shade and seating - even a grill. We loved sitting out there every day and enjoying the garden. Comfortable beds! I also appreciate there was a variety of pillows, especially the contour foam one was very comfy. Appreciate having a parking space at the top of the driveway so we did not have to park in the street. Everything is new and in great condition, - the furniture, the appliances. Plenty of kitchen pans and utensils. Margy was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful. We hope to return to Dunedin and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, peaceful and very spacious. Toni's place had everything we needed, and plenty of space to enjoy both outside and in. Very clean and well decorated. Easy 5min drive to historic Port Chalmers, a perfect place to stop just outside the city. Highly recommend!

A great option for a central Dunedin stay. Well located, comfortable and warm- easy to deal with The host and everything was as it says it is in the site. Excellent weekend away.

The apartment was close to the Centre. It was a short bus ride. Everything was pretty much walkable to the major attractions.

Dawn’s Airbnb was wonderful! Dawn is a beautiful person. Her place is super clean, equipped with all things and more travelers would need for a comfortable stay. The “extras “ that she provides you with are reflective of her warm personality. We were greeted with fresh fragrant flowers from her garden, fresh fruit, extra towels, hand and wash, paper products, and even supplied our favorite milk. The bed is super comfortable and the shower excellent. We cooked all our own meals and had all needed cookware, utensils and dishes. Thank you Dawn! We are so happy to have met you!

This apartment was just right for us. Walkable to town centre and many attractions, eg, Dunedin historic train station, Settlers Museum, and close to bus stops for St Clair, Otago Museum. Lovely conversion of a wharf building, elevator to 2nd floor apartment, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Great shower. Reliable and fast WiFi. Efficient communication. Helpful that we could leave bags in ground floor store after check-out. Helpful recommendations for cafes and eateries; we didn't get further than Tart Tin for coffee as their cakes are so good. We enjoyed Dunedin very much, and this comfortable apartment helped us have a great experience.

Lovely place , bit of a hill in and out of town

This is a superb grand old house in excellent condition in lovely grounds.The rooms are large and comfortable with excellent services.Highly recommended David.
