We loved the secluded feeling, was perfect for our stay. Very relaxing as well.

Florence in Spring. It was like a home away from home, so much space in such a great neighborhood. My family enjoyed the stay very much and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

The home was as described and better in person. Tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need. Excellent value! The sunrise viewing from covered lanai was spectacular. I would stay again in a heart beat.

The stay at the Purple house went great! It was clean, very easy to find, accurately described, and I appreciated the book of local restaurants to help ease the search for dinner!

The place was well laid out, had the most stocked kitchen and cooking area I've seen in any other AirBnB, and was close to the SWOCC campus. It was clean, spacious, with clear instructions, top notch appliances, and large comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again myself.

Lovely stay for visiting the coast. The beds were very comfortable, living room was spacious and cozy. The kitchen seemed well stocked had we decided to stay in for meals. Nice bonus room with activities to keep busy when the coastal rains pass through. Easy drive to restaurants, stores, the beach and hikes. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The attention to detail truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to local attractions and great dining options. I especially enjoyed the [mention any specific feature, like a balcony, garden, or view]—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Brandy was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Their thoughtfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful Valentine’s weekend at this Airbnb. The property is private, with ample parking and a covered carport. It was clean and welcoming upon arrival. We were surprised to have a Valentine theme welcome! It was so cute and made our day! The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and the large living room offers another table, comfortable seating, a TV, a fireplace, and stunning views. Two additional bedrooms each have a TV, and there’s a sizable bathroom with all amenities. We enjoyed the BBQ and relaxed with coffee, admiring the water and sand dunes. A large fire pit near the back porch provides ample seating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we plan to rebook soon.

Jason was a pleasure to work with in making the place easier for my partner to stay there even though the house was like new already. I recommend this property very highly and it is a tie whether it is because of Jason or the house.

Totally adequate for a one night business trip! There was ample space to park our boat which was nice. Quiet street in a somewhat isolated hamlet. Space was comfortable and well appointed.

The Surf House was simply awesome. So cozy, so fun, spectacular views and private beach. We will return as soon as we can. Amazing hosts, best Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far. Just book it, you’ll be happy you did!
