Always wonderful staying here! We have stayed in both sides. Always a clean and comfortable stay! Easy check in and check out. Will continue to seek out every time we come visit Reedsport.

Lovely stay for visiting the coast. The beds were very comfortable, living room was spacious and cozy. The kitchen seemed well stocked had we decided to stay in for meals. Nice bonus room with activities to keep busy when the coastal rains pass through. Easy drive to restaurants, stores, the beach and hikes. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

This house is old and quirky but so well kept and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Private beach access was great. And the view!! The view is absolutely incredible, from the living room and the bedroom. That was the best part of our whole trip! We loved staying here and would definitely come again. Oh and an added bonus - the restaurant right next door has great food, beer, and coffee!

Enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location for visiting Sunset Bay, Shore Acres and all the beaches around there. The exterior is basic, but it’s quite nice on the inside, and had everything we needed! There was a good-sized fenced yard, perfect for our dog. We drive an EV and there was a convenient charging plug. It was a very short drive to beaches, state parks, and the shops, and restaurants in Charleston, and about 10 minutes to Coos Bay & North Bend downtown areas. The neighborhood was probably the only downside - it was a bit sketchy, and there wasn’t much within walking distance.

Linda was so helpful and friendly and the house was perfect for our family and especially my son who uses a wheelchair. The house was comfy and clean and quiet and we loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations and friendly communication! Will be back!!

Kathy and Mike’s place is beautiful, loved the balcony for coffee in the mornings and to watch the sunset in the evenings. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Will be coming back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay here! The tiny house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The location of the house in the campground was great we had wonderful water views and it felt very private. The staff were very responsive, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out!

Close to beach. Large house with plenty of room for a family to spread out. Dog friendly yard. (as in fenced and accessible by side door). Plenty of cookware, and a sink with a disposal which is handy.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

This place is incredible. You won't find a better spot. The backyard is sand dunes that lead to the Pacific Ocean, and, to what feels like, a private beach. This is especially perfect for one or multiple families. Six bunkbeds and lots of toys and a play area for small children. Our kids had an absolute blast! You'll love this spot, and Claudia is super responsive to any needs that may arise :)

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the swallows in the morning. Beautiful area, and Yachats is a cute town. Ate great fish at the market and enjoyed the gorgeous hike at Cape Perpetua.

We had a wonderful stay at Dustin‘s Beach house. The house felt private and peaceful. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, which made it easy to cook. There were also lots of great restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Dustin was a very responsive and proactive host. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would happily return.

We needed a weekend getaway and Cheri’s cabin was perfect. It’s quiet, right on the lake, and oh so cozy. We were right at home! Hubs and I fell in love with how quiet it and clean it was. As soon as you walk in, it smells fresh and clean. They have all the utensils necessary for a quick meal, and super cute s’more kits (paid separately). We absolutely adored the weekend here, and loved the fishing options. We are hoping to come back during the summer with our kids!! :)

Great little place with easy access across the street to the beach

Had a great week stay! Very clean and had all the things I needed during my stay! I loved how close it was to the beach, and hilltop cafe was a great lunch spot just a quick walk. Definitely plan to stay again!

I booked Stacy’s condo for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend we visit old town frequently and have stayed at many different Airbnb’s in the area and Stacy’s was the BEST! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, with fantastic views. Along with having a well appointed kitchen with all the necessities to make a meal if you decide to stay in. I will 100% be booking this location again in the future highly recommend!

The house was great and perfect for our family of five. The kitchen is well stocked and the soaking tub in the master bedroom was wonderful. We did have a few showers in the downstairs bathroom without hot water at different times, not sure why, and the water in the Master shower in the soaking tub never got warm so had to use the tub. The access to the beach was great, but the posting should be corrected as it says you should head east to get the ocean, which is the opposite and makes you think there is an access where you don’t have to cross the highway. All and all, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful little cabin close the ocean! We were lucky to be there while the closest cabin next door was unoccupied which made it even more peaceful. The backyard is a nice size to throw the ball for our dog; there is no secure fenced area and that is the only thing that would have made it better. You can hear the ocean which was amazing and the walk down to it is sooo close! We did not go down to the beach near the cabin due to the large rocks at the bottom of the steps (which is mentioned in the listing). We did not want to risk our dog hurting himself trying to get down and then back up since it was raining and slippery. We did have an issue when we first arrived - we had no hot water. We contacted management and they came and got it up and running in no time. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Vandana was very proactive in communicating with me and was very responsive. The space was clean and as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.
