we stayed at the Banjo's for two nights over the Christmas weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better place for a relaxing holiday. The place was very clean with all the amenities as mentioned. Would definitely recommend following the instructions given by Jenny and Malcolm to get to the place. The communication was easy and clear instructions. We really enjoyed the recreational area with all the facilities. would definitely recommend the place for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

I felt right at home from the start. The clear instructions for bedding and check-in made everything easy, and when I mentioned that one of the fridge seals was damaged, they quickly replaced the fridge the very next day. Amazing service!

We had a great stay at Roscrea Homestead, for the second year in a row. We have 8 adults and 7 children between us, so having 6 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite is perfect! The massive garden, sand-pit and pool are really handy, as is the separate living room. And that wonderful verandah for trike riding. The kitchen is big and well set-up, has everything you need for a short (or longer) getaway. And lovely to have two large dining tables (one indoor, one outdoor) for communal meals together. Would return again!

The cabin was a lovely escape. So peaceful, a gorgeous view of the valley both from the heated spa where we also sat and counted the satellites we could pick out trundling their way through near earth orbit among the stars at night. We were visited by kangaroos, kookaburras, and a goanna who wandered all the way up to the back deck to check on us, and drank tea sitting on the bench that overlooks the valley while the mist evaporated in the morning sun to revealed the gorgeous view. The hosts were wonderfully helpful - checking in and keeping in touch in the lead up to our stay, and even providing a heads up of traffic issues with clear detour directions for us to get to the location safely. I would absolutely recommend to others, and will definitely consider returning in the future.

Beautiful location Great for a peaceful weekend away surrounded by nature Only issues were the outside area had cobwebs everywhere and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and that for such a large amount of $ I don’t know why one of the bedrooms was locked. I booked the bushland retreat for my parents for their 40th wedding anniversary. From the beginning Susan the host was amazing and so accommodating. She made sure my parents had everything could need, directions, what to bring and answered any questions we had. My parents absolutely loved the house. It has everything you could ever think of and even things you didn’t realise you needed. The beds were so comfortable they haven’t slept so well in such a long time. The wildlife was great, they had kookaburras, rosellas, wallabies and kangaroos. We will be booking here again. Thank you so much Susan

Thank you for hosting us at this amazing retreat - my family and I had a brilliant stay, celebrating Christmas. It was so peaceful and so much space for us as a family. We loved everything about our stay, especially the pool and the pool table! We’d definitely recommend for anyone wanting an escape to a cozy hideaway!

Pros - Big house with lots of room - Big kitchen and dining room - Plenty of parking - New house, very modern - Clean, tidy and very picturesque - Big fridge and freezer - 2 seperate lounge rooms to relax - Livestock close by, great photo opportunities - 30 mins drive to Pokolbin Cons - It was very hot during our stay so we did not sleep in 3 of the bedrooms due to no aircon in them - Owners residence is within eye sight - Reception is patchy but wifi is available - Driveway is very rough, lucky we had a 4wd

The place was clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. If you're looking for a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, this is a great choice. The host was also very easy to contact and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

give yourself a treat and stay at Roberts place which is perched high overlooking the gorgeous township the love of his home radiates as soon as you open the door the views are spectacular and the township steeped in history we loved our stay and enjoyed all the treats he had left in the fridge for us. We spent Christmas here with 10 adults. The place is stunning. Great for entertaining, very relaxing. The host was very prompt with communication. Would recommend and happy to stay here again.

Had a fabulous time in this stunning and well serviced bush retreat! Many towels provided for the beautiful pool and also appreciated the well- equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the bushwalks on the property, lots of butterflies. Helpful hosts. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Bronwyn and Max
