Vilma was quick to respond. The house was nice, area seemed nice. We weren't there long enough to really experience anything else.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were toys, snacks, and boardgames available. Definitely felt private. If we are in the area, we will be booking again with Elizabeth.

To say it's beautiful would be an understatement. It was an amazing place to be with family.

I stayed here with a colleage for a writing retreat. There were lots of seating options and places to write. On nice days we wrote outside where there is also ample seating. Wifi is excellent -- I was able to connect and work as far out as the end of the dock. The house looks just like the pictures. Calm, private, and peaceful space. The main road was a little closer than I realized and there is a train line on the other side of the lake, but that only caused minimal disruption. We ate at the recommended restaurant, Chapman's, in Southern Pines -- great service and good food. Glen and Cydney were friendly and responsive to texts. Would stay here again.

Matt & Dawn's house was wonderful and they communicated great! House was very easy to check into, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

This property is exactly as described. Just as previous reviews noted, the neighborhood is very quiet. Myself and my parents took a nice walk in the neighborhood and only met one car. Very close to interstate access which allowed us to shuttle easily between baseball locations in Raleigh and in Smithfield. We cooked both dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. Thank you for making this property available!

Our stay was far too short! The house was beautiful! Had a great backyard for my kids to play, and a perfect bunk bed for them! My two oldest girls did not want to leave! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying! We had one question and Sofia responded right away! Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in while we were in NC. We will deff stay again when we come back to visit!!

It was a great stay and a perfect fit for a weekend get away! Nice and clean just as described by the host. In a quiet neighborhood but also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at the Cabin, really enjoyed our stay. The place is very well taken care of , and was very clean when we got there. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Clayton area. Thank you Johnny for offering such a great place, hope to visit again!
