This is the place to stay in Dunsmuir! Charming older home with great amenities. Clean and comfortable! Bonus space in back with the sauna was such a pleasant addition to our stay. We really enjoyed our time together here! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Redwood Cottage! It was peaceful, and the home is very comfortable. Jessie provided clear and timely instructions. We would stay here again.

This is our second stay at Cammy’s place. We couldn’t wait to get back to this amazing and peaceful retreat. The bath and bath salts she makes are my favorite. The himalayan salt lamp, art and cool wood bath tray make it feel spa like. The beds are super comfortable and luxe. There are tons of games and books that my kiddos love. Besides absolutely loving this creekside cabin with the sounds constantly soothing you Cammy is the greatest. She goes above and beyond. We woke up to our car buried in snow and were nervous that we didn’t have chains and AWD. She sent us road cams, was in constant communication and basically held our hand through this. She is just such a kind person in addition to being a great host. We will keep coming back whenever we can. Our kids get very excited too to be back in such a fun and cool space. We have been to countless air bnbs here and abroad. Its the best

This modern cabin in the woods was so incredible. Ir was a quick ride to downtown, 20 minute drive to the ski resort, and had everything I needed to recharge and relax in the woods. I definitely would love to come back!

This was a great place. Super comfortable and clean, and walking distance to town. We had a great time there.

This was an exceptional rental space. The attention to detail was impressive - small touches like dog dishes, a room diffuser, and a thoughtful selection of teas and coffee made the space feel truly well-prepared. The heating was on immediately upon arrival, which created an instant sense of comfort. Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. What really elevated the experience was Anna Marie's communication - she was consistently responsive and genuinely kind. From practical amenities to the overall thoughtful design, this was a standout rental that clearly prioritizes guest experience.

Thyra is the most friendly and responsive host I have ever had. The place has a beautiful, restful energy with many thoughtful touches such as snacks, warm blankets, beautiful butterfly art, and board games. The host provides many great recommendations to see and do. I was able to have a very spontaneous stress-free visit thanks to this space. Highly recommend and will be back!

Cute apartment in an historic building. An easy walk to downtown and we enjoyed being close to the railway, we love the sound of a train. (Light sleepers take note: there weren’t a lot of trains coming through but you do hear them when they do.). The king size bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice and thick.

A nice, peaceful and beautiful place. Conveniently located, almost 15 mins to Mt Shasta City. Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodated our odd hours checkin and checkout. Very knowledgeable about the area as well.

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

We loved everything about our stay and the hospitality of our hostess Thyra. Thyra was extremely responsive to any messages we sent and questions we asked. We took Thyra up on complimentary breakfast items and made breakfast before going and exploring the gorgeous water falls that are just a short walk away. We were uneasy about some winter storm warnings and Thyra provided clear instructions for how to get to the house on the first night and was responsive to our late night messages towards our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and we plan on booking with Thyra again very soon!

This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.
