Lovely holiday cottage. Great facilities, especially the kitchen. Beautiful, quiet part of Scotland. We walked every day. Would recommend.

Roskhill cottage is awesome. We spent 5 nights here and made our stay truly special. The house have everything you may need and more, the beautiful view and garden filled with flowers, the BBQ hut it’s a great plus, comfortable beds, impeccable clean, good size bathroom and shower, close to little groceries stores, delicious bakery and good coffee, Dunvegan Castle and gardens and fantastic walkings around, plus gorgeous Coos cows! Really worthy place. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this beautiful location enough. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need including a stocked kitchen, washing machine and drying facilities both inside and out (just in case the weather is typically Scottish). We were lucky enough to watch the northern lights from the hottub It’s it spotlessly clean and you feel like you are miles away from anyone else - it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. It’s perfect if you want to avoid the over touristy places and “bigger” villages and towns. We were made to feel so welcome by Michelle, who left us a delightful welcome gift of local treats as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Situated in Geary - the village has a lovely welcoming feeling. There are loads of delightful honesty boxes along the street filled with both sweet and savoury treats. We would highly recommend taking a wee stroll along the road one morning - maybe even each morning you are there to see what treats you can discover.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes kleines Tinyhaus mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und wunderschönem Garten. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, das Raumangebot für die Größe super. Nach Ullapool ist es ein Weg von ca. 30 Minuten. Problemlos machbar, wenn das Wetter mitspielt.

Beautiful place to stop, very remote and peaceful. With sheep in the surrounding fields and clear skies to watch the stars at night. The bed was amazingly comfortable, best nights sleep we have had in an air B&b. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, a real home from home. The hot tub was private and easy to operate. Very helpful staff when our car battery had died!! Towels and dressings were a lovely touch, WiFi was great and had Netflix ready to go. Log burner was lovely but we didn’t need to use it as the heating was so efficient. The restaurant was closed as we stayed out of season but we would definitely like to come back again and try the restaurant next time too. Plenty of pubs to eat out of season and we had the most amazing food in the village 10 minutes away. An absolute joy to stay in!

Outstanding! The cottage was perfect: from the views of the three lochs, the castle, and the surrounding countryside to the relaxing and private amenities and yard. We couldn’t be more pleased with the rental and especially the hosts Karen and Graham. We would highly recommend their 5-star property!

Would like to say a massive thank you to our host Michelle for letting us stay at your beautiful home, and also for all the communicating to finally getting us there. We absolutely loved it. Plenty of room, very clean and had everything we needed, including the lovely log fire which we used each night. Would definitely recommend x

We had an amazing week on Skye at Catriona’s property. The location was perfect for exploring the whole island, as well as being so convenient for supplies. We could not recommend this highly enough, the property ticked every single box for us and our two dogs.. We will definitely be back to Skye, so would definitely book this property again.. xx

This was the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The views of the water and the sky are breathtaking. It was also super family friendly. We traveled with our 12 month old baby and had an amazing time. It felt like we were living in a dream. I hope we can return one day!

Alistair’s cottage in Skye was charming, welcoming, and the perfect base for our adventures around the island. The cottage is filled with unique artworks and Alistair provided clear instructions and helpful local recommendations!

He pasado unos días muy agradables. El alojamiento es exactamente lo que esperaba, tranquilo, en un entorno muy agradable. Se pueden dar paseos muy agradables y caminar justo al mar viendo las Hébridas al fondo y llegar al faro de Rua Reidh Lighthouse. El propietario está pendiente y responde rápido si se le pregunta, pero no está presente ni encima todo el tiempo. Da instrucciones claras sobre la llegada y cómo acceder a la vivienda.

My husband and I had a superb stay here. The cottage is modern but fits perfectly with the beautiful surroundings. It's walkable from trailheads, town, and restaurants. The property has everything you need as described. The windows in the living area offer excellent stargazing, as does the balcony, and the wood burner is lovely for winter evenings. We would happily stay again.

Our stay at this lovely cottage was perfect and peaceful. We used this as a base to explore Portree and some of Skye, and were delighted to come home to a cozy space. Relaxing was easy here and we would definitely return on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tigh Beag. The house was well presented and met all our needs. There is a lovely large lounge and kitchen/dining room which is great for larger parties. There were only 3 in our party so the house gave us plenty of space to enjoy. It is in a beautiful setting and very quiet.

My Mum and I had a fantastic weekend in this gorgeous, cosy and ideally located cottage. The cottage itself is beautifully designed and furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the shower is fabulous, the wood burning stove is just what you need after a day exploring! The location is ideal for visiting the island and the views from the cottage are stunning. A perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful part of the world! We loved it. Can't recommend the cottage highly enough. Julie couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für eine große Familie oder sechs Personen. Küche mit allem was man braucht, zwei Toiletten, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer und toller Ausblick! Würden wir wieder buchen. Uns wurde sogar ohne darum zu bitten ein später Check-out angeboten. Anmerkungen die man wissen sollte: - Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht, sobald jeder das Internet an hat; - Der Ofen funktioniert nahezu gar nicht (oder wir waren zu blöd? :D); - Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber hat an Lebensmittel nur die nötigsten Sachen da, also muss wirklich fast alles gekauft werden Alles in allem trotzdem eine tolle Unterkunft!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fiona's cottage! The location was great, super peaceful and quiet with amazing views to the mountains. The cottage itself was perfect - really warm and cosy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Skye itself was magical, and we can't wait to go back again as soon as possible!! Would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had an amazing stay at the "old croft house". Very good communication with the host. We were lucky that we could extend our stay for one night. There is so much to see... We would definitely come again.

Felt like your own house in a very private setting! Close to a small town with good coffee and whisky and nature 30 minutes away!

Great 2 story cottage Outstanding " open space with views of the bay. Private sitting area ( patio ) for coffee or a wee dram.. Large and numerous windows to provide amble natural light. Very comfortable and great location for walking to a small grocery and several restaurants. Donald was very friendly and a great host. My wife and I enjoyed speaking to Donald on numerous occasions during our stay. He was extremely helpful in recommendations of places to visit and walks to take ( ones that avoided the tourists and their dreaded motor coaches ( land based cruise ships - LOL ) Their location is wonderful for visiting my "points" within the Isle of Skye.. Highly recommend the Neist Point walk and the single track driving experience !! ( check Donald's guide ) We wish that we could have stayed for a longer visit.. We highly recommend Donald and the BayView Cottage as your base for your adventures in Isle of Skye and the surrounding area.

The property is a short walk to the local town which has plenty of amenities. We stayed out of season so a lot of things were closed but we anticipated this might be the case. Gloria suggested a local restaurant, Sprig which we decided to try for drinks. The cocktails were exceptional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the weather wasn’t great it didn’t spoil our first visit to Syke.

Lovely cosy cottage, close to the Famous three chimney restaurants, quick drive to Dunvegan castle, we got to do lots in the area as the weather just held out for us. If you want a quiet but convenient place to stay, this will suit a single or couple. Narrow roads but most people courteous
