This property is beautiful and cozy, and it's within walking distance to many attractions. The beach and coffee shops are just a couple of examples. Our host, Amy, provided excellent hospitality; she is very informative, friendly, and checked in periodically to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely come back to this place again! 🤍

This stay in Evanston was so convenient! It was a 15 minute walk from the Purple line, which made it easy to get to the city. The beach was also beautiful and it was only a 2 minute walk!

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was comfortable and I love the modern kitchen and overall look. I am an interior and architectural designer so I appreciate that the interior is well done. I love that the condo is adjacent to Lake Michigan it makes for easy access to great views at any time of day. It’s also next to a park, walking distance to the L train and it’s a nice walkable area close to many restaurants. We enjoyed our time and appreciated having a nice place to stay. The owner was also very responsive to any questions.

this lovely apartment was perfect for our five day stay! it was clean and fresh, seemingly newly renovated. we could walk to so many downtown places, and the river location was quite scenic. it was only five minutes from my cousin's house so our visit was easy as we came and went. I would definitely stay here again. thank you!

Loved the Cozy Nest! Clean, fresh, newly upgraded place. Nicely appointed with well stocked kitchen. Kreurig coffee maker with coffee and cream/sugar supplies appreciated. Easy check-in/checkout. Super hosts were super and very responsive. Loved that there was a grocery and spirits store just down the street. Multiple eateries in walking distance as well as the lake and train. Parked my car out front and never moved it. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

10/10 would stay again! Hospitality was amazing along with being very attentive and helpful. Always checking to see if we needed anything and if everything was going smoothly. Overall great place to stay and not far from the city at all!

This is a gem within a city that is blossoming. Great location within walking distance to the Paramount Theatre, Copley theater,The Venue, River Edge, Park, and many restaurants. The view overlooking the river is awesome! Had a great experience and the host was very communicative.

I wanted to step away from my work schedule and the city for a few days and found this cute, cozy spot to isolate for a few days! I enjoyed my entire stay! It was so clean. My only recommendation, is broom needed in the closet. (Lol) I spilts a few crumbs on the floor and wanted to sweep it up but I improvised (lol) The check in process was very easy and it was very easy to find! It was very peaceful and I got the well needed rest I needed.

The house is peaceful and the river is serene. It would be a great place to stay for multiple nights! Our kids felt right at home and we all slept well.

Beautiful home on the river. Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with high quality furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub to unwind at night after a full day of activity. The patio space and grill were fantastic to use on the sunny afternoon we had off from activity. The town is within walking distance and has really good local restaurants. Close to a big shopping complex.

This house was exactly what we were looking for as an alternative to a hotel for a hockey showcase. In total we had 6 different families with 6 teenagers and a couple younger siblings. The house was big enough to where we didn’t feel cramped. The outside grill was very useful. The hot tub was nice for the parents to relax and enjoy after watching stressful games. Lots of activities for all ages included in the house to keep everyone entertained. Would not only recommend but we will definitely be returning again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

Our stay was lovely! It felt so peaceful and homey and quiet. We live in the surrounding suburbs but Melanie’s place was the perfect getaway and didn’t feel like we were close to home (in a good way). Melanie was kind and responsive and helpful! Would love to come back sometime.

This was our first time renting an Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great home, conveniently located in the Geneva/St Charles area. The home is spacious, with upgrades throughout, beautifully decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy an extended stay for our adult family. There is also a finished walk out basement area with a nice gathering or play area for families with small children. The host Stephanie was very responsive and considerate to our unique needs, and check in and check out instructions were simple. The house is everything as listed and described, it was a good home base for us visiting family in the Fox Valley area over the holidays. Highly recommend this house and Stephanie as a host. We would stay here again.

Our stay was great! The house and location were exactly as described. The space was perfect for friends getting together from all over. It was family-friendly, clean and comfy. The host was very responsive and understanding as we were finalizing guest numbers week of our stay due to illness. We had inquired about earlier check-in and opted not to pay the cost for a guaranteed early check-in, but our host still notified us as soon as the house was ready for us. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals for a large group and plenty of room to spare.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time! Perfect location and beautiful home. Highly recommend.

Loved the place! Clean and well kept and beautiful outdoor area. They have a beautiful creek running alongside the property and playground and outdoor hangout area my kids enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for family holiday in Chicago! West Town was the perfect location for us, close to transportation, very walkable, lots of coffee shops and places to eat! We used both units for our family and found them both to be exactly as described. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and came with 2 parking spaces! We loved the indoor access so we could go between both units. The living space in bottom unit was big enough for us all to be together. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The kitchen had lots of dishes but could use a few more pots and pans ( was a little difficult to heat our holiday dinner)- but with so many great places to eat- most people probably eat out anyway! William was a great host, he responded quickly to questions and had a slight problem fixed within 2 hours of us contacting him. We are so glad we had such a great place to spend the holidays! Highly recommend!

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!

Stayed for entire week, on business. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, pubs/bars and 25 mins walk to United Center. Very nice unit and would stay there again without a doubt. Only item to be aware of is the unit has lots of stairs to reach the apartment. I had no issues with it, but more FYI.

The place was perfect for a solo stay. Has everything you need and easy to get around the rest of the city or suburbs. Very close to the lake and the el. Parking was also super easy. Niah and Ken were super responsive and helpful for anything I needed.

My time at this location was pleasant. It was clean and stocked with the things I needed for my overnight stay.
