A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

Костадинка е страхотен домакин - изключително мила, внимателна и комуникативна! Много силно впечатление ми направи, че самата тя ме предупреди и обърна внимание, че няма топла връзка между етажите, въпреки че е подробно написано и в описанието на къщата. Къщата се намира на спокойно и тихо място сред природата - разположена е на хълм, от който се разкрива великолепна гледка! Изключително чиста и поддържана къща, която разполага с абсолютно всичко необходимо за кратък или по-дълъг престой. Помислено е за всеки детайл - от кафе и вода, до резервно спално бельо, както и всички необходими консумативи за кухнята и баните. Барбекюто беше почистено и с въглища на разположение, което също рядко ни се е случвало, когато сме отсядали в подобни къщи. Тъй като уцелихме дъждовни дни по време на престоя ни, със сигурност бихме се върнали отново с децата и приятели през лятото, за да се възползваме максимално от хубавия и слънчев двор, както и да разгледаме околността!

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Great host, always responsive, place is nice inside and outside, inside parking for several cars, big living room with fireplace and cosy terrace

Very nice house with 4 rooms and many beds. It had additional backyard and a special place to sit down, have dinner or just talk sitting on a table. Everything was clean and in good condition. There was even a cute puppy!

Преживяването може да се опише като “на гости при най-близките роднини”. Алекс и Ради са повече от хостове, те са приятели, роднини. Там се чувстваш обгрижен, като у дома си! Магическо място направено с много любов и даващо любов и уют!

Страхотно място! Изключително чисто и поддържано, напълно отговаря на снимките. Собственикът е много мил, отговаря на всички въпроси и съдейства с каквото може. Силно препоръчвам!

Everything was perfect! First of all the communication was great, the location is perfect - it's 10 minutes away from everything and quiet in the same time and the entire house is amazing! The backyard is perfect for families with kids, the kitchen has everything you need for a BBQ party :)

Къщата и двора са страхотни! Адмирации на домакина! Личи си, че се стараят да има всичко необходимо за един приятен престой. За всички видове игри има топки и аксесоари. Задлужава си да се посети, домакина е отзивчив и приветлив. Ще посетим отново и ще препоръчам.

I highly recommend Ralitza’s place. The house is new, perfectly equipped with everything for any kind of stay, very close to the city center. We felt like at home. Ralitza and Ivan are wonderful hosts, they answer the messages within minutes, very kind and very smiling. They recommended some nice places to visit. Everything was great and we will certainly come back with our Maltese.

Great house, spacious & full of light. Various amenities, games and spaces would make you not want to leave that place!

The villa is great! I recommend this place to everyone! It was snowing a lot outside, but it was warm and cozy inside. The hosts are very kind people. They are always ready to help if you need anything. The villa is nicely furnished and has everything you need. There is parking for 2 cars.
