Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent place to stay for a short dc trip. The house is very clean and has pretty of space. I enjoy the stay very much and will definitely recommend it.

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

My grandchildren and I spent 5 days in Charlotte's immaculate townhome for my grandson's 25th birthday. The townhome is squeaky clean, the kitchen is updated and the rooms are attractively decorated. The beds all have comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We hadn't been to Washington before so I was unaware of distances. Our visit occurred during a rare major snowstorm and the weather was freezing. We are from Florida so we didn't bring boots, hats and gloves (we did buy hats and gloves at the local CVS). In any event, we were relieved to learn that Ubers are almost instantly available and we used them a lot. Our return flight to Florida was cancelled and rebooked for a much later time. I didn't love the idea of spending extra hours in the airport so I called Charlotte for help. Despite the fact that Charlotte had guests arriving immediately after we left she went out of her way to save us from an airport nightmare and we were extremely grateful.

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. They are very accommodating and responsive to the needs of their guests and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a truly positive experience. Daniel was an amazing host and extremely responsive the home had everything we needed and more. Quick drive to DC and the National Harbor in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved playing in the backyard we can’t wait to come back and take a dip in the pool

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

We have stayed here before. We were not disappointed on our second visit. The neighborhood is very good, although there is a busy street in front. It’s roomy; comfortable for multiple people. It’s light and airy and looks onto big back yard. Would be great place for families with children. The kitchen is well stocked, and I love that cabinets have labels for easy use. It’s well organized too. I had no trouble getting quick answers to any questions I had. We would stay again!

We had the most comfortable stay at Basit House! We are a family of 4 (two adults and two pre-teen kids) in the area to spend our spring break exploring Washington DC. The house was easy to find and enter, exactly as described, and Samad was very communicative. The Metro was an easy walk which made getting to our daily adventures in the city super simple. We were able to come home each evening and go right to bed - very comfy! The neighborhood was adorable; lots of friendly neighbors out walking their dogs. We also appreciated the grocery stores close by. The house instructions were clear and timely, and Samad was very responsive. We would most definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

We had a great time and the house was a nice place to get away to after spending the days sight-seeing. The whole place was very clean and neat. Shewaye was communicative and very responsive to questions.

Stuart's place was exactly as pictured. his home was clean and welcoming. Everything was walkable, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The neighborhood is terrific, and the Sunday farmers market is held practically next door. Stuart was very quick to respond to my questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town. If you are looking for a home away from home in DC, don't look any further than this fabulous house. You won't be sorry.

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 10 had a very comfortable stay at John's place over a weekend.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my students Safety Patrol trip! We were easily able to travel into the city and the grocery store/restaurants were close by. The Airbnb was very clean and accommodated our large group. The small details were so appreciated— for example, the hosts left fresh flowers upon arrival, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, the closets with extra blankets, etc. They really thought of it all! The kids especially loved having the yard space to run around. 10/10 recommend this Airbnb— their commitment to charity also makes this place an obvious choice for your next stay!

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

This place is well worth the price, it's new, spacious, clean and quiet. We all like this house. The host Aivet is so nice and responsive. One of our group lost a small electronics, Aivet searched for it and mailed back to us. And she didn't accept any fee we want to pay for this. Best host you can meet.

Maryann's space was everything we needed for our stay during the inauguration weekend. we had 4 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect for all of us. it was clean, uncluttered, everyone had their own space and we were able to prepare meals with no issue. ample linens were provided, along with paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap and dishwasher pods. Being close to both east and west falls church metro made it easy to get downtown. We will absolutely stay at Maryann's place the next time we come to DC.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
