We have stayed at this house twice now and have loved it! It’s perfect for big groups, our favorite part is the living room being so large and great for conversation!

We were there for two months while my husband had treatment at Duke. The place was very clean and as pictured. Our son came and stayed with us for the last three weeks. The house was a perfect size and layout for allowing my husband his own space when needed. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Duke Medical complex. Communication with Nethania was outstanding. She was very responsive to our questions as we were getting settled in and to any other questions we had later. When my son wanted to grill, Brett assembled a grill for us to use on the back patio. The house was impressively stocked with all the little things you need when you stay multiple months. The neighborhood was very quiet and an easy drive to anywhere we needed to get to in Durham. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thanks Nethania!

We’ve been at Airbnbs at various Durham visits and this was a top stay. The house was lovely, well-furnished and had nice decorative touches all over the house. The kitchen was equipped for people who like to cook, including cookware, knives and staples, and we really appreciated that. It was on a quiet neighborhood street with an empty lot next door; yet, it was close to downtown restaurants. They were very responsive to any questions and proactive in communicating before and during our stay. We loved our stay and will plan to stay again on our next Durham visit.

Everything about our stay was great! We were in town for the NCAA women's tournament: my wife & I with four of our college-age kids. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything out-of-town guests would need. Keypad entry was simple and exactly as described. The sleeping arrangements were as-listed and perfectly suited us: we were in the master bedroom with attached full bath. The boys shared room with queen, although they're not willing to share a bed anymore! Here's where the air mattress worked great! Extra bedding and electric pump were also provided. The girls shared room with bunk beds. The second full bath was definitely needed for our group of six! The main living area was open-concept with the kitchen, which was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher all worked great! Our daughter the tea-drinker appreciated the tea pot! With family in the area, we'll be back!

My wife and I stayed here with our two American Akitas for my college reunion. It was exactly what we were hoping for: a very nice, clean, and updated home with a very large (bigger than expected from the photos) and completely fenced-in yard for our dogs. Our dogs seemed so comfortable and at home in this house, and we loved watching them enjoy the yard from the raised deck above. Check-in, check-out, and other communications all went smoothly!

We enjoyed having both the Cottage and Mill Houses to stay in for our big extended family over Christmas! The location is unbeatable - Super convenient and walkable to many restaurants. We also appreciated the personal recommendations in their guidebook. Some minor issues came up during our stay but Chris was very responsive and came over to address them promptly (including on Christmas Eve, no less).

Very nice, well appointed, well stocked house. Perfect size for weekend trip for 4 people. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at Bryan’s place! Great location in a terrific neighborhood. Bryan provided everything needed for a few night’s stay. He was very communicative and helpful. I would stay here again when visiting Durham.

Sylvia's place was exactly what we needed for our weekend trip to Durham! Its location was the perfect distance from the main city that everything was accessible but the nights were peaceful. We had no issues while we were there and really appreciated all of the live plants. Her copy of the Hobbit was a wonderful treasure to see as well. We would love to stay here again in the future when we return to the area.

Haley's apartment is a perfect place to recoup and renew yourself, in a great little spot on Duke campus. It's easy to get to museums and lovely local sights, easy to get to shops and restaurants nearby, and everything was super comfy and clean. I'm from the area, so I try to get back regularly to see family and work, and Haley's apartment was the ideal choice for my last visit. If you're visiting the Triangle, Haley's place is a fantastic fit!

VERY large loft that included all the amenities for a great week. Very safe building and nice neighborhood.

I’d highly recommend staying at this clean, quiet and comfy garage apartment when in Durham. Its close proximity to Duke’s East campus makes it real nice and easy for a walk/run. This location is also very close to downtown so easy to access plenty of food/drink options!

We really enjoyed Stephen's Place! It is the perfect home away from home; so comfortable and cozy with a really attentive host! Though we only stopped in for one night and plan to drop in again for one more night on a long road trip along the East Coast, we love the idea of returning for a longer stay to really enjoy Durham!

We were in town for our college reunion and the house was perfect! Plenty of space, great location and so well appointed. It had everything we needed and then some! I would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Durham near downtown!

This place was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The place was very clean and exactly as described. We could have used a few extra towels and washcloths but that didn’t affect our rating. We loved being close to many parks and restaurants. Very convenient for visiting with our family. Loved that it was pet friendly.

I had a wonderful time staying at Antonio's apartment. It is located through a secure gate and felt very safe and quiet after hours. Clear instructions on how to check in and out and we had no issues. Clean apartment, lots of space for two people.

We just stayed in Stacy's property and all was wonderful! The apartment was exactly as billed, in a quiet residential area, but close to lots of stores and restaurants. Stacy was extremely commmunicative with us, providing clear instructions for check in. The space was spotless, and the beds (as mentioned in other reviews!) were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again!

great location gated community with pool access. very walkable and a good value for Durham.

This apartment is perfect for a couple, and the location is ideal for accessing Duke University. Lots of natural light in the apartment adds to the appeal. Very modern but still comfortable. A gem!

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Robert was a great host, and the place was perfect. Looking forward to staying there again the next time I'm in town.
