Super convenient location! Walkable to a few restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Inside was clean and updated. Bed was firm but comfortable to me (my wife thought it was too firm). Love having a Brita with water in fridge and an ice maker! Quiet neighborhood, however it's really easy to hear everything happening in the unit on the other side of the duplex. Didn't bother us too much tho. Overall it was the perfect place for our stay in Durham.

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was welcoming, and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. It was conveniently located near attractions yet quiet for relaxation. Thoughtful touches like a welcome basket made it special. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return!

This apartment is so adorable and well furnished! The apartment complex is one of the more unique I've ever seen. We had an event at DPAC on Friday night and then at Carolina Theatre on Saturday night...we were able to walk everywhere, which was welcome. Would recommend and will definitely stay again:)

Clarissa & Luis are amazing hosts ! Communication was great , felt cozy , & met every need . I will say that I didn’t really like how there wasn’t any small rags to wash with - only hand & body towels - but other than that this place is amazing ! I strongly recommend it . Thank You .

Blake’s place was just what we needed for our 1 week business trip. My husband was a quick drive to work and I was able to walk many places around town with our 5 month old. The place itself was very clean and had very comfortable linens. We took advantage of the washer and dryer, as it’s hard to pack enough baby clothes and burp cloths. The kitchen had all the basics and even a panini press which we really enjoyed. We were able to make ourselves at home and spent time on the little patio out back, as the weather was beautiful during our stay. Blake was extremely responsive and helpful, and even went the extra mile to help us get a comfortable sleep set-up for when our friends stayed over one night. We would stay again if needing to come to Durham in the future!

I have stayed in more than 20 Airbnb’s and Eric’s house is by far the cleanest and most inviting. It was cozy and comfortable. Backyard was very nice and perfect for us & our doggies. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Loved it all!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this place. We were very close to grocery stores, restaurants and a plethora of other shopping centers. The home looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean. The beds were very neat and well kept and we had a lot of storage to put our bags and belongings. We would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

We were traveling with three teenagers, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Chelse was great, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

David's place was very clean and well put together. It had everything I needed and was very well kept. It also felt centrally located to a lot of things to do locally. Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect! So nice that each bedroom came with full bath. Everything was spotless! Andrea was communicative. Great place to stay especially if visiting UNC. The Bolin Trail was such a treat and waking up to the sound of the birds was just lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

Just 20 mins walking from Amtrak and 25 to Capitol (5$ Lyft), close to #100 bus to Lenovo Center (15$ Lyft at peak time). Good location, very quiet and extremely comfortable condo. The pool and hottub were not open during our stay and we did not use the TV so cannot comment there. Washing machine in condo, bring detergent or Publix/Weaver Market are about 10 mins away. The space was everything we hoped for and the bed was amazingly comfortable after an overnight on the train! We are departing feel well-rested and enjoyed our trip.

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Britany's place is a Tarheel dream. Close and walkable to campus and to the local bars and restaurants on Franklin St. We will definitely stay here again.

Kelly’s place was great for the week my husband and I stayed in Cary with our 2 year old. We loved how close it was to Trader Joe’s, Aldi, and so many restaurants. I would highly recommend!
