We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The space was perfect for our needs and not far from our event venue. Brian communicated well, was friendly and even made recommendations for our disc golf outings. It was a quiet neighborhood and we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Wonderful stay! The furniture offered nice seating with a beautiful view out to the back garden. Margaret was kind enough to leave our some snacks which helped me for my early morning days! There's also aromatherapy and coffee available, such a nice touch! 10/10 can't recommend enough!

This place was exactly what I needed for my short work trip. Close to UNC and had everything I needed to cook up my own meals. Candace made sure to communicate everything I needed to know and was a lovely host.

Patrick has a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping areas. It is quiet and I loved having the full kitchen to cook in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Having the Village District within walking distance was nice, since it has so many shops and restaurants and you don't have to worry about parking. I had a great time while I was there!

Another great stay in Carrboro. The site was clean as before and well-equipped. Lots of sheets, blankets, and pillows. Superb!!!!! Great value for the area. Could spend all day watching the wildlife from the kitchen. Already looking forward to our next visit.

A terrific “home base” for anyone visiting the research triangle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Emily was very communicative and made the entire process easy. All of the details and amenities of the property matched the description. We would definitely come back and stay again.

This was such a great find! The space was perfect for my husband and I + our large dog. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of towels & some dog bowls! The yard was great to have as well. Would definitely stay again! 😊

Everything was perfect - location was close to everything we wanted to see or go to, place was spotless and comfortable, it was easy to find, anything we needed. I hope this will be my go to place when every I am in the area.

Had a great stay! We really enjoyed the little things like having a hair/makeup towel. The location is the North Hills area with tons of restaurants and shopping near by.

We have stayed at Sarah’s guest suite before and it really is one of the most comfortable places we’ve stayed of all Air BnB’s in which we have stayed and we have been staying at Air BnB’s for years. Sarah supplies coffee,tea,etc. and left us a very nice bottle of wine . The linens and towels are luxurious as well as the bed which has a wonderful mattress cover and comforter. If we were going to stay for a long time we could definitely have plenty of room for clothes with two huge closets with built ins. We really enjoy being literally within walking distance of the downtown,which is a cute town with galleries and restaurants and a terrific grocery store which is really hard to beat. We recommend highly.

Nice spot, it's a small community area. Instructions to arrive are pretty clear. Nice kitchen and living room area. Clean, neat and organized overall. Really nice area of NC would visit again if the opportunity may come.

Walt and Hadley were extremely accommodating and the place was clean, beautiful, and comfortable.

We only stayed one night to break a long journey, but we liked Terry’s apartment so much that we’d like to come back to use it as a base to explore the local area. It’s a really stylish upstairs open-plan apartment (part of Terry’s house, but entirely self-contained), squeaky clean with high quality furnishings. She is a really friendly and responsive host, and there were lots of nice snacks and drinks. It’s an easy walk to down-town Hillsborough.

Williams stay was amazing, he was very responsive, checked on me to make sure things were running smoothly. Clear and smooth instructions. I was very comfortable and would stay again where his stay was worked so well for me my boyfriend lives 15 minutes from the stay. Which was great for when he came to visit and pick me up for our dates. Also not far from the places we went to visit. Loved how small the space was just for me I was able to relax and enjoy my book.

This one-room apartment with bed, sofa, table, kitchen area, and laundry was a perfect alternative for us vs. staying in a hotel for 3 nights in mid-March. It was very easy to access, and Liza was welcoming but not intrusive. The house book was helpful and thorough; the space was attractive, comfortable, and peaceful. I highly recommend this for: people who like a view of the woods and enjoy sitting outdoors or going for a walk; people who want to get work done (good table and wifi); people who like to read (nice collection of books under the coffee table); people who want the convenience of a basic kitchen for breakfast or cooking on a hotplate. Maybe not ideal if the sounds of young children bother you in the AM, if you want to do elaborate cooking or baking, if you want to walk everywhere in a short time (but a city bus does stop close by, and it’s a good location if you drive), if you want a TV other than your laptop screen, if you have difficulty walking on an uneven path.

Such a clean and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are as pictured with added details and plenty of space. The neighborhood is nice for walking with a park and a shopping center both in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful peaceful and clean place perfect for one night before flying out from Rale

Staying in Molly and Bill’s place was a delight. They were kind and gracious hosts from check in to check out. They were so flexible and helpful with our arrival and departure, even when we had airline changes mid-trip. The apartment was very comfortable and cool even though it was near 100 degrees outside some days. The covered entrance was super helpful for deliveries. We have recently been on a lot of trips and this shower had the hottest and most water pressure of any place. It was so great. The kitchen was lovely and new with lots of super helpful every day need type condiments. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip to NC so homey.

The place was immaculate, super comfy beds, quiet outdoor space with woods behind it, and best of all - a heated bathroom floor! It’s conveniently located near the mall and highway. Lenovo Arena was just 15 min away. Although it’s the downstairs unit of a house, it has its own entry at the back and is completely soundproofed as we didn’t even hear a footstep upstairs. Would definitely stay again!

This place is great, so spacey and clean. The tv was nice and big too.
