I give it 5 star, it not mean it’s good. there’s no hot water for the shower. I tried many times, but it just wouldn’t get hot. The other faucets have hot water, but not the shower, which is really strange. So, I haven’t showered for five days—it’s miserable. There are two rooms. The one near the door is nice and quiet. The inner room, however, is very noisy—every time the air conditioning turns on, it makes a loud noise. Plus, there’s no blanket in this room. I eventually found one in the cabinet, but it’s thin—not really a proper comforter. Pretty rough experience.

My husband and I stayed at Betty’s place for a week and felt right at home. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved going to see the chickens and goats in the morning! The studio had everything we needed and was very clean. Betty let us know where we could walk on the property and we enjoyed our walk into the nearby wooded area and saw some wildlife! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great visit, flexible check-in, baby friendly for our one year old, and responsive hosts! We have stayed twice and would again.

Cheryl and Shelby were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly courteous and also quick to address any questions or concerns we had. The place was tidy, charming, and beautifully decorated, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. We absolutely loved the views and the tranquility of the area, including our pup. The location is ideal – museums and walking trails are just a 15-20 minutes drive away. We also enjoyed delicious coffee from a nearby cafe called Sola Coffee Cafe and some amazing tacos from Street Tacos Cantina. Highly recommend these spots!

We LOVED our stay at Erin's place. We can't recommend it enough. It was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to town to enjoy the amenities there. Our dogs especially loved the fenced yard and all of the smells :). 10/10, would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our weekend! Listing looks just like the photos. Property was picturesque and exactly as described. Check in and check out were a breeze. There were even fresh flowers in the kitchen, what a nice extra touch. We stayed here while traveling between jobs. It was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to veg out and watch movies on the huge sectional. Our dog enjoyed walking around the expansive yard. The towels were nice quality, they and all the linens smelled fresh and clean, even the throw blankets on the sofa. Couldn’t have had a better stay. We really enjoyed the property. Would stay here again!

My husband and I spent the most marvelous 3 nights at Joe and Megan's cabin. We truly did not want to leave at the end of our stay! The house was so cozy and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen, while small'ish, was exceptionally functional and very wellstocked. We only used the downstairs bedroom, but that bed was very comfortable and all linens were nice. The sunroom was a peaceful place to enjoy the mornings. Great wifi/TV/streaming options. We fully enjoyed all outdoor areas. The deck with large gas grill made for having fun relaxing dinners with lovely views of the lake. The dock was a restorative place to spend the day, launch kayaks from (provided with rental!), and for stargazing at night. There are a few homes/docks nearby but it felt very private and we never issues with noise from neighbors (can't speak for how it might be at the height of summer). Easy check in/out process. Communication with Joe & Megan was superb. A true gem and we hope to return soon!

We use this for our pastors annual retreat and it provided plenty of room for them to gather and also spaces for them to find solitude when necessary and also provide a great community space outside which they really enjoyed

Hands down, this is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Beautiful home, awesome layout, little extras like chargers for use, private dock to a gorgeous lake. Every single space was well thought out and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. And the pickleball court was such a fun, unique addition. Will absolutely book again!!

We had a wonderful stay in this lake home. The home is clean and well appointed. I especially enjoyed the soaking tub to cap off the day. The locals were kind and we found several great restaurants in the area as well. We will definitely be back to the house when it’s warm enough to kayak and explore more of the beautiful area!

Beautiful setting right on Hyco Lake. The house is gorgeous and had lots of space and things to do and keep the kids occupied. It was easy to access the lake with the paddle boards and kayak provided. Tanya was quick to respond to our questions and needs. We loved our stay!
