The house is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. My wife usually pre-cleans hotel rooms when we first arrive because they gross her out. Robin's place was spotless and my wife was so impressed that she didn't pick up one can of Clorox wipes. It's also very friendly for anyone that is mobility challenged. Everything is on one floor with plenty of space to move around. There's a screened in porch off the master suite that's perfect for relaxing and decompressing. The location is great because it's off a main road nestled in a small wooded area with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and kept up well. There are what looked like million dollar houses off the dead end that is parallel to the property. It is also just minutes away from stores, restaurants, etc in a very nice, modern section of Durham. I give this property my highest recommendation and we will be back in the future.

The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The home is very comfortable loaded with amenities to make our stay relaxing!

Jason was a wonderful host and the place was just as described. Nice amenities inside and very pet friendly. The fenced in backyard was perfect for me to relax and play with my dog. My only complaint was I wish the weather had been nicer! The home was very clean and the bed one of the most comfortable I've slept in in an airbnb. Overall, I highly recommend this listing and Jason as a host of you are looking for a place in this area.

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

The house was very comfortable, sunny and airy, with a nice sitting area on the first floor. Chelston has thought of many things to make a family comfortable - games (Switch for the giant TV and old school puzzles and games), throw blankets, nice sheets and pillows, coffee, basic pantry supplies, and a thoughtful guide to the area. Check-in was simple. The area is nice and quiet and close to coffee shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

My family absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s place! We were there four 4 nights and we felt completely at home. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend Mary’s place!

We had a great weekend at Hyacinth House! The house was clean and very cozy. We were close to Duke University which was great as we were in town for a 10 year class reunion. The house was close to some of our favorite restaurants too ! Tamara was very responsive and clear with instructions. Would highly recommend for an adorable place to stay in Durham that was close proximity to the university and other Durham favorites!

Our family enjoyed staying here for 4 nights. Large home in a residential neighborhood that was very quiet. We enjoyed the layout of the home (all bedrooms upstairs), multiple bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

Perfect kind of place to stay for a few days among a long road trip. The space was very clean, warming, had a great variety of amenities which made it all the more comfortable to be able to relax. Anne was quick to respond and had easy clear instructions for check-in/out. Even though the space is connected to their home, it felt private and completely like our own space. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area! :)

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. Was trying to find places in the area with two bedrooms and just couldn’t find anything reasonable. Hailey’s apartment worked in a pinch with the extra big couches as an extra bed. There was plenty of space, great amenities, and was in a beautiful neighborhood near UNC.

If you have people in Chapel Hill then Rains place is perfectly located (5-10 minutes from any part of town). It's pleasant and warm (we visited during a snowy cold snap and the heat was great). A great find!

Our family has a very good stay at Kamile’s property. He is a very good host, he is easy to communicate. The location is very good and convenient. Compared to our later Airbnb place at Apex, this one is nearly perfect for living especially for my children. They like to play with all the toys and read books which are provided in the second bedroom. All in all, we like to stay in Kamile’s condo next time.

The place was exactly as described. The building offered amenities that were important for us such as parking and a decent gym. The communication with the host was super effective. They responded fast to our questions. I would only advise you to be flexible upon arrival since (something out of the host's hands) the concierge is not always at their desk and it may involve some waiting time. The host was accommodating though. I would recommend it. :-)

This was a wonderful stay: the ground-level apartment is really nice, with poetry on the walls and a beautiful garden in back. Stephen hosts with kindness, thoughtfulness, and humor. It's a nice, quiet area, with quick access to some great restaurants (we recommend breakfast at Guglhupf, a great bakery and restaurant).

This was the perfect spot to welcome in 2025. Our two families have been celebrating New Years together for 25 years! The Tuscan Villa could not have been better - from the fire pit, lovely grounds to walk about, plenty of room to spread out, everything needed in the kitchen - and the most amazing table to eat at... Thank you for sharing with us!

Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!

Tees’ home was in such a great location, central to our destination. The home was stocked with all of the essentials, beds were comfortable and you can definitely tell that care and thought was put into this home so guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be booking again.
