Such a cozy and comfortable space. Janet was a great host and even sent her husband over when we had a question about the heat-and meeting him was an extra perk bec he was so interesting and lovely. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom huge and fabulous. Even a French press and coffee grinder in kitchen. A perfect place.

Such a warm & cozy space! Had a great time skiing at Hunter Mountain which is less than 30 minutes away.

This place is beautiful. The decor is lovely. I’d love to stay in the house to have more space. I will say that I overlooked one aspect when booking, which is totally my fault, that there was not a tv. The enclosed porch is so pretty, unfortunately it was too cold to use. Katherine pays attention to details—from linens to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Staying here felt like going back in time historically. The neighborhood is amazing, everything is walkable, you won’t regret staying here.

Austin was very responsive. We had an unexpected issue with water and Austin immediately responded and sent someone to fix it as soon as possible. The location is great. Beautiful place and surroundings. We felt at home and loved how close it is to Catamount Mountain Resort. We are already planning to come back to this house next winter.

This is exactly what we were looking for. We were looking for a quiet peaceful getaway from New York City and that’s exactly what we got. The Airbnb is located on a farm and was a joy to see animals and even the heavy snow that we experienced the third day that we were there. The space was extremely organized and clean and exactly how it was described. We enjoyed cooking a lot so the kitchen was perfect. Thank you again and we hope to be able to come back during the summertime.

Nothing could’ve prepared us for how great this Airbnb was. Hands-down this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every bedroom and every bathroom were lovely. The kitchen and butlers pantry were outfitted like a professional chef set it up. Don was a perfect host. And when we got about 6 inches of snow people came and cleaned the driveway and shoveled the steps immediately. We went for a walk late at night in the snow and it was like being in a dream. Cannot recommend this Airbnb more.

We had a wonderful stay at Stony Hill in Pine Plains. The house was beautifully designed and well equipped for a winter jaunt with cooking at home and sitting by a warm fire. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would love to come back again!

All in all, our stay here was phenomenal. The house was so beautiful and inviting. The balcony hot tub was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed on our short getaway to cure our winter blues. The entire house was impeccably clean- like, I have never stayed at an Airbnb this spotless. Kalindi as a host was very nice and responsive. On our check-out day, I had to have someone come jump my car because the temperature outside was so cold. Kalindi was very understanding and allowed us to stay at the house a bit longer than expected. The neighborhood is very cute and walkable to various restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend the Tagua Nut Cafe for brunch- they have free coffee and tea!

We had a great time. We walked to restaurants and shopping. I loved the antiques and the Lincoln theme. The place was very clean. It snowed over night 5 inches. We could not find a shovel. It was the last day, so we were packing and loading car, not that big of a deal. Also because of our love for the antiques, coasters would have been helpful. Again not that big of a deal. We really appreciated how friendly & responsive Austin was when we had questions and requests (for ice melt and a quick small repair that was needed.) The apartment was really beautiful/in great shape, clean and comfortable, and the book collection was seriously out of this world - we clocked some serious time chilling there.

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Sarah’s home to bring in the new year together. Sarah was very kind, attentive and responsive! Check in was seamless and the home was just as pictured. We loved staying at Craig’s house. Very warm and inviting with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful wooded area which we enjoyed very much at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful time at Dave's place, it was the perfect spot for adult gathering. Very convenient to get there, prime location with an amazing view, we were cozy and comfortable in the common area and enjoyed the modern kitchen. Everything was clean and good quality. Thanks Dave

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Jason was very responsive. The condo was in a great location. It was less than a 5 min walk to the ski slope. Super easy. Great location to local restaurants, too. We made last minute travel plans and Jason was very accommodating. Everything worked out smoothly and stress-free for us. Great getaway.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.
