We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

Stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, lovely place that had everything I needed. It's in a great location so close to the city. Loved that I could park right outside the property. I would happily stay here again.

Great spot for a short stay. Everything you need is at hand. Great having 2 bathrooms and parking, great size for a family of 4. Lovely and warm.

Flat was great for a city visit. Not too far from centre although we did take taxis there and back. Would book again if coming to Newcastle.

Lovely place, me and my family enjoyed staying there. Felt very homely and welcoming. The garden was perfect. Will definately stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was decorated to a high standard and had a good amount of space for our needs. It had almost all the facilities we needed to celebrate Christmas (we needed to buy a few more trays for the oven but that was about it). One thing to be aware of that we missed when booking is that the bathroom is downstairs at the back of the house, behind the kitchen, which was a bit of a surprise as we didn't remember seeing that noted before booking, however didn't cause us too many issues during the visit. The only other thing to note is there were a few minor maintenance issues (missing/dead light bulbs for example) that should be fixed, however again this didn't cause any problems during the stay, just something that could be improved to fully bring out the potential of the space.

Wonderfully comfortable and cozy townhouse. It was exactly as described. Free parking in the back and the host provided free parking passes for on street parking in the front, enough for our entire stay. I would book again without hesitation.

We were able to have a family get together with loved ones we had not seen for a year. The perfect location with my special people in a spacious apartment overlooking the sea, I didn't want to leave!

Enjoyed our stay at the Edwardian Cottage. Every thing we needed was provided. We needed to be near Runa Farm for a friend’s wedding and it was only 5 minute drive to the venue which made it very convenient. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Easy walking to public transportation. Although parking looked tight, we were always able to find a place for our rental car. Alex was friendly and responsive to my questions.

Barry and Sue are the most friendly and lively people. They met us at the property and the live they have for thee flat shone, which made our stay even more special as we equally fell in love with it. The town is lovely with lots of amazing restaurants and shops all in walkable distance. The Yorkshire Dales are great for exploring, regardless of the weather and all reachable within a short walk or drive. The property from the furnishing to equipment and bedding are all five star standard. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was just as described. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk easily into Jesmond and also into Newcastle. Thank you for having us.

We booked after reading other reviews and we weren't disappointed. Immaculately clean and such a gorgeous place to stay. Perfectly placed to walk into the city, 15 minute walk, but tucked away in a lovely quiet location. Would definitely recommend 👌

Beautiful apartment. Lesley-Ann was very helpful, much appreciated sorting out a highchair for us at short notice despite not being on the initial listing. Exceptionally quiet considering its location under the bridge, walkable for great restaurants etc. We didn’t find the steps to be much of an issue at all despite having lots to carry. Easy to unload bags from the car on the road, then Quayside multi-storey was very convenient and cheap. Loved our stay! To note for other parents: The travel cot provided was basic, with a thin and quite hard foldable mattress that doesn’t stretch to the sides of the cot, and doesn’t attach to the sides of the cot. The sheet on the mattress didn’t fit, so spare material creasing up. It did the job for our toddler but if he had been a baby I’m not sure I would’ve been happy with it.

Karen is an exceptional host who went the extra mile, even collecting us from the train station. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle. Karen's place had everything we needed and one of the best stocked kitchens you might find! Can definitely recommend.

My parents are just home from a three night stay at Cat’s place. They know the area very well and were delighted to be in such a fantastic location. The flat itself is beautiful and so spacious with plenty of space and everything you could need to feel right at home. Cat was so helpful and responded immediately to our messages.
