We had a fantastic experience at Lay Tin's lovely B&B. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The owner, Laytin, was incredibly responsive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality extended to us during our stay.

Best stay thus far! It’s really cosy and nice. Really like the living area, as every piece of furniture seems to be well thought out before placement. Kudos to that! Other than finding the pillow a little too high for comfort, missing a cooking pan as I planned to toast my bread a little but couldn’t find one. Everything else is good!

The entire place was impeccably clean, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with family.

Convenient location , clean and spacious unit ! Most importantly is pet friendly ! But make sure you carry pet in a bag , that’s alot of muslim friends staying there .

It is facing the mall place and mahkota hospital. Great place to stay with a family of 4. Have 2 beds and they also provide additional 1 folded mattress. Just that ask the guard properly how to use the check in card at the gate bcs the guard is foreigner (cant speak english) so the way they explain is a bit hard to understand.

Homestay dlm keadaan bersih , kemas dan teratur. Lokasi nk cari tempat makan pun bnyk pilihan dan dekat dgn utk ke bandar melaka. So far sngt berbaloi dgn harga yg dapat utk satu malam

Sangat recommended kalau ada yang nak menginap dekat unit ni . Kami sekeluarga 4 orang cukup dua katil Queen . Dan disediakan tilam lebih pula . Paling penting apartment ni memang best sebab disediakan pool & gym . Sayang sangat sebab kasut tak bawa . Taman sekeliling ada tempat senam calisthenics . Lepas ni akan datang sini lagi untuk check in . Dalam unit memang dah disediakan towel yang mencukupi untuk berapa orang guest yang telah di inform kepada host . Please be inform that sabun badan & shampoo sahaja disediakan di dalam bilik air . Paling penting ada water heater .
