5/5 would definitely stay here again. Went during the off season so very peaceful with no crowds. Delicious restaurants, bars, and local markets surrounded the property. Fell in love with just hanging out on the patio on a nice sunny afternoon. Host super helpful and responsive. Incredible view. We had a wonderful weekend!

Kozeta is a wonderful hostess, very considerate and responsive. When an electrical storm knocked out the Wi-Fi in the apartment she was immediately on the phone to the internet company, getting them out to fix it as soon as possible. She also allowed me to extend the stay by a few days. Highly recommend!

We enjoy the place, location. Everything was close and you can go by walking.

We really loved the penthouse! I would 10/10 recommend this to everyone traveling to Tirana. It was a bit of a challenge to find the place since we arrived in the middle of the night, but Petrit gave very solid instructions. Also, the host I would give a 10/10. Always responded, good communication and all in all just a good host. We stayed with 7 people and the place was very spacious, more would have fitted easily. Also the balcony is huge and had great view. Thanks Petrit!

Artan is very kind and we enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the lemon tree in the little courtyard. Recommend!

Kozeta was a great host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. Everything was as described and she even had bottled water and a few oranges for us at arrival and arranged a taxi for our departure(at 2am in the morning). The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of supplied towels, and everything was clean. We were there in February while it was a little cold at night but she had plenty of heaters which worked great for us. The wifi worked well in most of the apartment. The neighborhood was great. Lots of cafes, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at her place.

Artan took excellent care of us in a lovely house right in the centre of Tirana. He was very responsive to messages and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and car rental services. He’s a lovely man.

Нам дуже приємно було перебувати в апартаментах Лаури. Квартира дуже зручна, є все, що потрібно для життя, і навіть більше. Було дуже чисто, приємна чиста білизна, дуже зручна кухня, дуже багато якісного посуду. Навіть деякі продукти були, це було приємно. Квартиру ми знайшли швидко і легко туди потрапили. Лаура нам дала чіткі підказки як це зробити. Дуже дякуємо Лаурі за гостинність, за довіру та поступки, на які вона ради нас пішла. Рекомендуємо з радістю ці апартаменти.

Awesome apartment with beautiful original interior design in Blloku. Ideally located near shops, cafes etc and the big park close by. Easy access and speedy comms with the host. Some lovely touches and everything you could possibly need to cook, do laundry, etc. Comfy bed and an almost absurd amount og storage space! Loved my stay here. Great for both short and longer stays.

The place is private and quiet in the old part of town. It has a boutique/modern look. There are enough storage ,a large couch and 2 TVs. The bathroom was good and there is even a washing machine. The bed was large and very comfortable. The kitchen is good for some everyday cooking and the AC worked very well (In this time of the year Tirana is very humid and hot). It is located near the Bazaar and from there near to the center. There are a different restaurants ,shops and groceries stores nearby. The owner was around and very friendly. There is a very good car washing /parking with good prices( 500 lek for 24hrs) in the other side of the street which can be very pleasant if you have a car ( the parking in Tirana can be very tricky and difficult). In overall ,I would go back anytime .

What an amazing place. CozyLand apartment in the middle of Tirana. We felt at home immediately. Nice interior design, has everything you need for a great stay in Tirana City. Marlond was very quick with communication and helped us when we had an issue with the door. Thanks so much for that. Will highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic stay. Couldn't have asked for better! Beautiful grounds, great views, very friendly hosts who were always on-site and easily reachable, great food (best breakfast I had all trip), extremely close to the castle and museums, walkable to the bazaar and many restaurants and cafes. 10/10 would (and will) stay again!

What an amazing stay. The process was much easier having organised paid transport with Gentian, having arrived in a night time. The space was even bigger than in the pictures and the space was newly renovated! Gentian was even courteous to drop us to the local bus station the following morning. Thank you again, hopefully we’ll be back in the summer time!

Super endroit pour se poser à Tirana! Dans Blokku et à côté du lac… pleins de restos et cafés top juste à côté et franchement à max 20 minutes de la place Skanderbey ! Logement super confortable à tout point de vue… airco partout qui se réglé au 1/2 degré près! Les lits sont parfait et enfin des draps en coton! (Pas si fréquent en Albanie) Quel bonheur!

Arian was very polite and communication overall was good. They only issue was with the cleaning inside of the house which wasn’t done very well by a local responsible. It’s important to have a car of you travel as lots of things you might need to buy are located in Durres. There are local shops nearby, but with not a big variety of things to buy. There is a good bbq area. But still meat and fish to be purchased in Durres.

One of the best appartment I have ever stayed in Tirana! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close walkable to everything, lake, blloku and the check-in process was smooth. Jorida was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana :)

Ik en mijn vriendin hebben hier 2 weken met enorm veel plezier gezeten. Het uitzicht op zee was top, de accomodatie was top en van alle gemakken voorzien. 10 minuutjes lopen naar de bruisende boulevard van Dürres. Wij kunnen Ervin van harte aanbevelen!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, facilitys are great and it's nice and spacious, nice balkonys and great location. Beach is right across the promenad. We also highly recomend taking a 5min and 500 lek taxi drive to Demi beach, lovely place with nice little beach bar, clear water and hardly any people.

Geweldige locatie gelijk aan het zand strand. de strandbedjes en parasol horen bij het appartement. dit was erg fijn want je hebt je eigen plek op het strand zonder extra kosten. de accommodatie ligt in een park met dennenbomen wat erg fijn en mooi is. langs het strand diverse restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten. het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een mooie veranda. We werden opgewacht door de eigenaar die ons uitleg gaf over alle voorzieningen. Wij vonden het een erg leuk resort wat wel iets verouderd is, maar alles is er en het is familie georiënteerd. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker terugkomen
