This was our best stay in Tirana. The location was easy to get to, and Deino, the landlord, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. Everything we needed—restaurants, cafés, dessert shops, supermarkets, ATMs, and more—was within a 10-minute walk. The area felt open and secure, so no matter what time we returned, we always felt comfortable and safe. Most attractions were walkable (about a 15–20 minute walk), but if you prefer not to walk, Green Taxis (cheaper than others since they’re electric) frequently run through these streets. I don’t recall ever waiting more than five minutes for a taxi. The apartment itself was spotless, exactly as pictured, and well-equipped with all the essentials for showering, cooking, and sleeping. It was comfortable, convenient, and a perfect choice—especially for first-time visitors to Tirana. P.S. If you’re having trouble finding the address, just search Matrix Gym, and it will lead you directly to the building.

Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

Steisi is very easy and kind to work with. His communications are quick and helpful. During our stay, he arranged airport pick-up, and drop-off, as well as any other taxi service needed. The apartment is located right on the beach in Durrës. This place is not in downtown Durrës, but rather along the strand south of the harbor marina. The neighborhood is quaint, and people are very friendly. There are grocery stores, meat butcher, and restaurants all around, and convenient. The apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean, and each night shows a different, gorgeous sunset. There is a smart TV, stove, and oven, with a sizable refrigerator and freezer. The air-conditioner works perfectly, and the water heaters provide well. The living room, as well as main bedroom offer walk out balconies. This was a fun, relaxing place to spend holiday, and we would definitely stay again.

Klea estuvo atenta en cada momento. Llegamos de madrugada y Klea nos indicó perfectamente como llegar y acceder a nuestro alojamiento. Tuvimos un leve problema con el ascensor y aún siendo de madrugada, Klea nos solventó el problema rápidamente. La zona es tranquila y el alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones El checkout también fue muy sencillo.

I had an amazing stay! The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to the city centre. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Cozy appartement!

Esmeralda provided the address and details to use the lock box at the apartment. It was easy to get inside and settle in. The apartment has a great location and it was easy to walk to sites and restaurants. Everything I needed was available and the apartment is very comfortable with separate bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. I recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment is great. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you because the apartment is well equipped and tidy. You might have a little trouble with parking because it is tight and always busy but it was free for me. The host Albi is quick to respond.

Probably one of the view places in Golem that are still quite private and cosy. There is a walkway to the nearby beach where you can enjoy the sunset. The apartment is as described. It is clean. Since the house is surrounded by pines and other trees, obviously, be prepared for some mosquitoes. All windows have mosquito protection without any defects. Thus, just keep the door shut to keep the insects out of the apartment and remember to bring some mosquito spray for a relaxed time on the terrace. ;-) Rovena is a super host. Our extra wishes were no issue. The communication is perfect, immediate replies, friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic stay. Couldn't have asked for better! Beautiful grounds, great views, very friendly hosts who were always on-site and easily reachable, great food (best breakfast I had all trip), extremely close to the castle and museums, walkable to the bazaar and many restaurants and cafes. 10/10 would (and will) stay again!

casa molto bella e molto spaziosa, ha tutte le comodità per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta. molto disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento, ci ha dato molti consigli per la nostra vacanza, rispondeva immediatamente ai messaggi, molto amichevole. consiglio vivamente ai gruppi di persone che vogliono passare qualche giorno a Tirana, ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo.

L’appartamento di Suela è fedele alle foto, in zona tranquilla e soprattutto comodo per chi ha un auto. Suela è davvero una super Host ci ha aiutato dal primo momento rispondendo sempre e organizzando gli spostamenti con il taxi! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

Die Unterkunft von Stela war perfekt für zwei Personen. Schöne Deko und gemütliches Interieur sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Badezimmer. Unter dem Apartment gibt es eine Bäckerei mit leckeren deftigen und süßen Speisen zum Frühstück oder zum Kaffee. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Einkaufsstraße oder in nahegelegenen Restaurants. Wir würden Stela's Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen und auch selbst hier wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank an Stela!

Let me start by saying this place is AMAZING! The apartment is super luxury, top floor (16th) of the building. 2 balcony’s, one Huge balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. The smaller balcony has an amazing view of the mountains. The inside of the apartment is huge, super modern, comfortable couch, big tv. Amazing ceiling with recessed lights. The beds are amazing, very very comfortable!!! The location is a short walk from everything. We did not want to leave. If you’re looking for something luxury, book this place. 10 out of 10. You won’t regret it.

L'appartement était confortable, il était bien équipé et était propre. Le propriétaire est réactif. Il a été facile de trouver l'appartement grâce à ses instructions. Très bien situé dans Tirana. Il faisait un peu froid malgré la climatisation et c'était pas très bien insonorisé mais rien de bien méchant. Je recommande cet appartement.

Erg makkelijk in en uit checken met sleutelkluis. Dichtbij van allerlei gezellige restaurants en bars. Ook dicht bij mooie bezienswaardigheden.

Jurgen è stato molto disponibile sugli orari di check-in e check-out. La casa era confortevole a due passi dal centro, vicina a bar e locali dove mangiare. Consigliata la panetteria lì vicino. Esperienza consigliata

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great, and the city center was about a 15-minute walk away. Our hair dryer was broken, but Elvira brought us a new one very quickly. The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and always ready to help. Thank you so much!

The apartment is great, super comfortable and really good wifi. Eno was a great host and friendly. We forgot our home keys in the apartment, and he offered us to bring them to the Tirana airport (we would've missed our flight if we have had to return form them). Super recommended.
