5/5 would definitely stay here again. Went during the off season so very peaceful with no crowds. Delicious restaurants, bars, and local markets surrounded the property. Fell in love with just hanging out on the patio on a nice sunny afternoon. Host super helpful and responsive. Incredible view. We had a wonderful weekend!

Kozeta is a wonderful hostess, very considerate and responsive. When an electrical storm knocked out the Wi-Fi in the apartment she was immediately on the phone to the internet company, getting them out to fix it as soon as possible. She also allowed me to extend the stay by a few days. Highly recommend!

Super endroit pour se poser à Tirana! Dans Blokku et à côté du lac… pleins de restos et cafés top juste à côté et franchement à max 20 minutes de la place Skanderbey ! Logement super confortable à tout point de vue… airco partout qui se réglé au 1/2 degré près! Les lits sont parfait et enfin des draps en coton! (Pas si fréquent en Albanie) Quel bonheur!

One of the best appartment I have ever stayed in Tirana! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close walkable to everything, lake, blloku and the check-in process was smooth. Jorida was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana :)

Odlična lokacija, ljubazan domaćin.

Kozeta was a great host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. Everything was as described and she even had bottled water and a few oranges for us at arrival and arranged a taxi for our departure(at 2am in the morning). The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of supplied towels, and everything was clean. We were there in February while it was a little cold at night but she had plenty of heaters which worked great for us. The wifi worked well in most of the apartment. The neighborhood was great. Lots of cafes, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at her place.

This apartment is FABULOUS! Beautiful furniture, very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and upscale finishings (not the usual cheap cutlery, dishes, etc). Great lighting, a washer AND separate dryer (almost unheard of in many European Airbnbs), and separate heating/cooling splits in all 3 rooms. Location: 1 minute walk to supermarkets, bus stand, cafes and restaurants. In under 7 minutes’ walk, you’re on the beach. Because the apartment is at ground level and opens on to the street, it only has two windows, allowing very little daylight. I did need to have lights on during the day, especially when it was cloudy/rainy. The apartment is on a side street so road noise wasn’t too bad. The neighborhood itself is a busy working one with shops right next door; it isn’t pretty but felt very safe. The upside is that the back bedroom has no window so is very dark and quiet making sleep heavenly. I would wholeheartedly stay here again. An incredible off-season value.

Un bonito y amplio apartamento locales cerca para personas de toda edad… discoteca a 5 min en taxi locales a 5 min a pie muchos restaurantes y bares también para gente mayor.. playa a 4 min a pie .. todo cerca

Ornela and her family where fantastic hosts, very friendly and eager to help. They proactively helped us book taxis and recommend attractions, going the extra mile to make our stay special. The location was fantastic, a short walk from the beach, and the house was very clean and had everything we could have wanted.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Anida’s! I especially enjoyed being a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and a delicious burger spot right outside! (This was open late and since I arrived late at night, I was not expecting such a spectacular first bite in Durres!) Anida and her husband greeted me very kindly when I arrived and reassured me to contact them anytime I needed something! Really sweet they have extra offerings too, like cooking class, haircuts, and taxi :) I didn’t use but wish I would have! Keep in mind the beach next door is not the only beach in Durres! I should have done my research first, but ended up at the North Beach (2 miles up) by the end of my trip! This has nothing to do with the Airbnb but thought I’d mention it. Also - Although the restaurants next door are less crowded, the food was phenomenal! So I wouldn’t stray far for dinner. :) Thanks Anida and Tim for everything!

Die Unterkunft war toll. Der Strand ist gleich vor der Tür, der Strandabschnitt auch sehr ruhig und genug Platz. Es gibt ein eigenes Fitnessstudio, Supermarkt und viele andere Möglichkeiten für Kinder.

Sehr angenehm, modern und sauber. Gute Betreuung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Arian was very polite and communication overall was good. They only issue was with the cleaning inside of the house which wasn’t done very well by a local responsible. It’s important to have a car of you travel as lots of things you might need to buy are located in Durres. There are local shops nearby, but with not a big variety of things to buy. There is a good bbq area. But still meat and fish to be purchased in Durres.

Geweldige locatie gelijk aan het zand strand. de strandbedjes en parasol horen bij het appartement. dit was erg fijn want je hebt je eigen plek op het strand zonder extra kosten. de accommodatie ligt in een park met dennenbomen wat erg fijn en mooi is. langs het strand diverse restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten. het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een mooie veranda. We werden opgewacht door de eigenaar die ons uitleg gaf over alle voorzieningen. Wij vonden het een erg leuk resort wat wel iets verouderd is, maar alles is er en het is familie georiënteerd. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker terugkomen

Ik en mijn vriendin hebben hier 2 weken met enorm veel plezier gezeten. Het uitzicht op zee was top, de accomodatie was top en van alle gemakken voorzien. 10 minuutjes lopen naar de bruisende boulevard van Dürres. Wij kunnen Ervin van harte aanbevelen!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, facilitys are great and it's nice and spacious, nice balkonys and great location. Beach is right across the promenad. We also highly recomend taking a 5min and 500 lek taxi drive to Demi beach, lovely place with nice little beach bar, clear water and hardly any people.
