We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Would highly recommend. The house was spotless, very well kept. The beds were all extremely comfortable, all with fresh linen. The view was amazing. The house is right on the water. The gardens and estate was an excellent place to go for a wander and explore. Paul was an excellent host. We cant wait to come back again

From start to finish we loved this place, it was everything and more. The house was spotless and had a vast array of appliances and space. We loved the peaceful nature around it and the view! As it was our first time in Castletownbere we appreciated all the local recommendations and every single person we met was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and thank you to John for sharing this gem with us.

Lovely spacious and very clean house on a peaceful island in county cork. We spent 5 nights here for my mother in law’s birthday. Well located to explore the surrounding beaches, bays, islands and countryside. Unfortunately our fridge broke but the team were very quick to create solutions and then fix it. Very good communication from the Inish Beg team. Thank you

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay in a remote peaceful setting. Communication re. check in was great. There is a lockbox for self check in however Nina met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was clean, warm and well stocked. There is not much room for luggage so pack light as the space is small. We chose this mainly for the sauna and plunge pool and they did not disappoint. Noel has done a wonderful job on the wood burning sauna and the natural plunge pool is what you would dream of having in your garden, it really was magical. We did not manage to use the fire pit as the weather was wet and windy but it looked lovely. We drove the Beara Way one of the days and was easily done from this location. The drive from Bantry and the nearest pub/restaurant is about 15 minutes on a narrow country road that I would not recommend doing in the dark so if you want peace and quiet and are happy to be secluded in the evenings this is the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kenmare. The house was cosy and we felt right at home with everything we needed available to us. The house is ideally located and we enjoyed the facilities at the hotel as well as the local restaurants and bars in Kenmare. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Kenmare. Highly recommend this beautiful house.

Grande maison avec de grandes chambres et chacune une salle de bain. Literie excellente et tout ce qu il faut pour faire la cuisine. Maison très calme dans un joli quartier. Tout peut se faire à pied. Très bon camp de base pour découvrir une très belle région et faire de splendides randonnées.

This is my second time staying at Birgit’s Airbnb. I wondered how the magic of the first stay could ever be replicated, but it was! The views were still extraordinary and birgit was still so helpful and communicative (and so nice even when I locked myself out at 10 pm!). I’ll be back!

I would give 11 out of 10 if I could. The home is so stylish and comfortably furnished, and feels very luxurious. Whatever the weather here, the views across the bay were always fabulous and ever changing. I had arrived with high expectations which it totally met and indeed surpassed. Painful to have to leave. The only consolation was to promise ourselves that we would come back again soon.

Great base for weekend in killarnney

A charming home in a stunning location. We only had a short trip but it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. Pat was very friendly and responsive to our messages. If you can, take a walk up the hill behind the house. The views are worth it! It is a good location for day trips and it's a reasonable length to many sights. Kids had a great time exploring the garden. The house had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable, clean and warm.

We arrived for a long weekend family break . Great home with all of the facilities . Really felt like a home . Great location with lots to do. Pedestrian Access to the friendly and welcoming village . Local food ,bars sea , walks , beach. easy location to tour from . Me and my family had a lovely stay at Sharon and Andrew’s place. It comfortably fit a group of 6 and had all the facilities to allow us cook up our own dinner for the group. Andrew was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful in showing us the house. The house itself was extremely clean and very comfortable. I would recommend for anyone who would like a comfortable stay in Killarney.

Christopher was such a lovely host. He was very accommodating in everything I have asked for and the house was beautiful, modern and in walking distance to the town! We all enjoyed staying in his house. If you are looking for a nice, clean house in walking distance to the town and with an very accommodating host in Clonakilty - Christopher would be highly recommended.

Sheila's Cottage is really a gem - tucked away from the main touristic routes it's the old farm house on her property renovated and cozy. We felt very welcome and love our time there! We booked very last minute on the same day - there simply was no time to clean the floors. But everything else, kitchen, bathroom and beds were very clean and comfortable! I absolutely recommend Sheila's cottage if you're looking for some peace and quiet for a family and for a more than fair price.

We loved the charm of this place! The entryway sun room is so pretty that it's hard to leave...until you see the other rooms! Gorgeous property. I can't forget to mention the lovely welcome basket and breakfast groceries supplied! Thank y'all so much for hosting me and my family!

Beautiful part of the world, great view. Sheep and wild deer in the fields surrounding the house. The house was very clean, spacious and quickly warm. The host made us feel at home. Thanks

We stayed there for New Year’s, and everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, the rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, the house was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the host was always attentive and ready to help. We’re already planning to return in the summer to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

Lovely home and beautiful grounds. We appreciated that mary had the heat and hot water turned on before we arrived. She had a binder of helpful tips on operating appliances etc. and suggestions of nearby restaurants and attractions. She was accommodating when we asked for early checkin.

Helen was a welcoming host offering us a late check out if required. She was very responsive and very friendly in all communication. The house is even more beautiful and cosy than the pictures suggest. The shower in my en-suite room was powerful and refreshing after a long days hiking. Would really recommend this gem of a house for exploring Kenmare and surrounding areas.

Clare’s place is lovely. The children said “great games!” It’s comfortable and spacious and has good outside spaces. Clare is lovely and responsive and a great host. Thanks so much for everything!

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! A great weekend in Emer's house. It was perfect for a large family get together which fitted us easily with the 5 bedrooms. House was very clean and great heating as it was cold outside during our stay. Emer was a great host. All instructions sent were easy to follow and no fuss with any of our requests made. Great location to with short walk to the town

Bernadette’s cottage was clean peaceful and quiet with amazing views and all the amenities needed for a warm and relaxing stay. Would stay again if in County Cork.

I think our best holiday ever. Unforgettable stay in a one-in-a-million home from home. The house, built by talented carpenter Simon, stands on a small plot 5 minutes from Ballydehob. It's bigger and more beautiful than it looks in the listing. Cosy, too. We were surrounded by nature - wrens woke us at dawn, bats flittered by at dusk, and the beautiful sky changed constantly above us. It was so quiet my husband couldn't sleep the first night, but after that we slept like babies and felt rejuvenated after just a week in this stunning place. There are endless wonderful places to visit within 30 minutes' drive, but if you're like us you'll head home each evening a little earlier than you feel you should, and hunker down joyfully in this very special haven of peace and tranquillity. Thank you to Simon for being helpful and available but completely unobtrusive. We can't wait to go back.
