Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Great views, very private, wonderful infinity pool, large pool deck allowing sun or shade as you preferred, beds were firm which is hard to find at many Airbnbs, kitchen well equipped, everything matched what was shown in pictures. Good communications from host. We would book again.

If I could give this home a million star rating, I would. It's even more gorgeous in person than what the pictures show. SUPER SUPER clean (an absolute must for me), AC nice and cold, mattresses that are SO comfortable, every bedroom is pretty much soundproof...never heard a peep from any bedroom at night if you were in the main part of the house. The kitchen(s) were completely stocked with everything you might need. The outside is to absolutely die for. We spent all of our time outside, including eating at that gorgeous table we all wanted to haul back to the U.S. with us! The pool was perfect to cool off in (it was hot!). But it was those views that made the house complete! WOW...there was never a shortage of beauty. The second deck is an absolute winner to listen to the waves crash on the rocks. Winnie (property manager) was amazing, sweet, and super helpful the entire time; Brian found an absolute gem in her!! Do NOT hesitate to book this property! It's everything AND more!!!

Manoj en Mariana hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De woning is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een heerlijk zwembad en terras. Opvallend was ook de vriendelijkheid in alle contactmomenten. Manoj heeft gastvrijheid en service hoog in het vaandel staan. Het verblijf in de woning heeft bijgedragen tot een geweldige week op Sint Maarten

My wife and I spent a lovely nine days at Olivier’s hillside villa. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and quaint surroundings. Olivier was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning again soon.

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate us on a work trip with decent wifi and a place to work and just paces from a nice beach and a beach bar when we needed a break. Our host was very helpful from start to finish and even accommodated our early check-in and check out. The layout, the rooms, the furnishings were all that you need and the location is great! We'll be back! Thank you!

This place was great and Brandon was amazing, extremely responsive and communicative. The place was very clean and looked just like pictures. Only thing is the driveway is very steep uphill and then there are stairs leading to the front door. Also very accommodating with extra towels and linens. There was also a FULL sized bottle of Lysol and air freshener which was greatly appreciated (all hosts should have that). A gecko did manage to find its way into our house, which freaked us out, (even though we know it can happen since it’s the Caribbean and sort of woods next to the house) but one call to Brandon and next thing i know he was at the door and he got it out so fast. It was really impressive how quickly and selflessly he cane to the rescue. He reassured us and checked around before leaving. He was also quick to respond to messages and helped us a little with directions. Truly a great, kind host and the views are breathtaking from the front and back of the house. I would stay again

Le séjour a été très agréable. Les communications ont été moyenne avant notre arrivée. Nous avions besoin d’être rassuré et nous n’avions aucun retour sur nos interrogations. Cependant nous confirmons avoir eu un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée et l’ensemble a été à notre goût. Bravo à l’équipe du Hills. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans soucis!

Great place for a short stay. Nice cool place with Air Conditioning and fan, well equipped kitchen and Jolanda made check in simple.

Me and my partner loved Shameeka’s listing. The place matched the pictures, and the view of the island from the apartment was incredible. Shameeka was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to any body and I would definitely book again.

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

This place is perfect! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Alex is very responsive and meets you for check in. He even made sure there was snorkeling gear that would fit my kids. The place is exactly as described. The balcony is amazing. We spent many hours out there. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is just across the street and a great place to swim and enjoy the beach. There are some rocks so I would recommend water shoes. Otherwise it’s perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Nada's place looks exactly like the pictures. If you are looking for privacy, beautiful surroundings then this is the place for you. Nada and her husband are very friendly. The place has everything we needed for our week. We definitely would stay again. don't hesitate to book this place.

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Our family had an excellent time at Encanto. Beautiful views off the huge balcony, clean/spacious/nicely decorated condo, excellent location and very clean. First class all the way from start to finish. Thanks for letting us stay Rakhi!

Lovely location! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Felt very homey and comfortable, it was perfect. The view was amazing and made the hill up 100% worth it. You really get used to the drive after the first time. There's an amazing beach called Great Bay Beach right near by and a great on the beach restaurant called Eat Something. Ask for Lenny if you want to eat and rent chairs there, he's the best!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

We are a newly retired couple in our mid ‘60s and had a fabulous 4 week stay at Kevin’s condo. The condo offers a spectacular view of the ocean and pool. After a brief morning rain, incredible rainbows appear…hence the name “Rainbow Beach Club”. The condo was so spacious that I couldn’t hear my husband snore from one bedroom to the other. Everything you need is in Kevin’s condo and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to Cupecoy to the higher end waterfront restaurants, shops, Dany’s Beach Bar and grocery store. We were also able to walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island…Mullet Bay. Kevin provided ample beach towels, a sun umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. Only a few more minutes of walking got us to Maho for plane watching ,more restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the condo is Jordan Village with 2 more grocery stores and fun places to eat. Just wave the bus down and discover the rest of the island. Kevin is very responsive and a caring host.

Simona’s place was extremely beautiful and clean with a view on the island Everything was well maintained, the beds were super comfy Just waking up in the morning and having this view was magical Simona is a really attentive and responsive host I highly recommend Dont hesitate to book that place Thanks Simona for everything

We had a fantastic time at Andrea’s apartment. She was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive from the very beginning, going out of her way to even check and source items for our infant and toddler before our arrival. The apartment was clean and very well laid out for a group of 5 adults and two little ones. There were a ton of sand toys which helped keep our toddler busy and entertained, as well as many beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc for the adults to keep us comfy on the beach. You can’t beat the fact that you are a 1min walk from jumping into the beautiful clear ocean, and the evenings spent listening to the sounds of the waves (and the airplanes!!) from the balcony we’re all wonderful. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay so great Andrea!
