This property was absolutely breathtaking, offering an incredible view that perfectly matched the photos. The added security checkpoints provided an extra layer of comfort, making me feel truly safe throughout my stay. Convenient amenities like quick bite options and supermarket on-site made everything were a plus . Enzo, our concierge, was outstanding—always prompt, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. He kept us informed daily about local events and attractions on the island. This was the perfect location, and I would highly recommend it. Dès notre arrivée, Skip et sa conjointe étaient présent pour nous accueillir et nous expliquer où le tout était. Ils sont super gentils! Beaucoup d’accessoires pour la plage, ce qui est super! Tout y était pour cuisiner, nous avons manqué de rien! En plus la vue était sublime du logement! Honnêtement j’ai aucun point négatif à mentionner, merci pour tout Skip!

Me and my partner loved Shameeka’s listing. The place matched the pictures, and the view of the island from the apartment was incredible. Shameeka was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to any body and I would definitely book again.

Super belle appartement tout étais impeccable, très bien situé à deux minutes a pieds de la plage, nous avons fait la demande de chaise de plage que l'hôte nous as fournie avec plaisir. l'hôte répond rapidement, j'ai passé avec ma famille un merveilleux séjour dans l'appartement Oligaïa et je le recommande à tous!

great location, so easy to get to the beach, restaurants, the big parking lot is 2 minutes away. very convenient. easy to get up, grab a quick breakfast and go back to get ready for a day at the beach. maho and mullet beaches are easily walkable. the area is very lively though, so it IS possible to hear music throughout the night (just low frequencies). place is high-tech -- backup power, wifi/flat-screen TV, silent fans, great aircon (a/c) and efficient washer/dryer. host is awesome. very responsive, very cool. ended up meeting at the heineken regatta and had a blast. will definitely stay there again

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

Cheryl was a wonderful host. She met us to give us the keys when we arrived and walked us through to answer any questions. She also came when we checked out to take the keys. The house location is perfect. Just a block from the Great Bay, all the restaurants, shopping, beach bars. We had a wonderful time exploring Philipsburg. The house was well equipped and secure with parking if you need it. The only downside was the street noise which is especially loud on Saturday and Sunday nights. But the location is what made it special for us and our guests. We are hoping all four of us can come again in a couple of years and we would rent from Cheryl again.

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

The best thing about the place is the stunning views. I loved staring out of the big windows and from the expansive patio. It’s in a new development so there is a bit of construction going on, but I really didn’t hear it very much. We did have to drive to get to restaurants, local spots but we enjoyed the privacy, away from the crowds and hustle of the touristy areas. Sharina, Biona, and Elizabeth were very helpful and responsive. Very easy to communicate with. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

We enjoyed our stay - the home was clean and communication from the host was excellent. It was a little tricky to find it from the information provided, but we were able to do so. The pool was well maintained and very nice! However, there is no handrail and the pool deck can be slick - we used a chair for balance getting in and out, and a towel on the ground to avoid slipping. If you come home sandy from the beach there is an outdoor shower as well as a hose to rinse off, which is nice. The AC cooled the bedrooms quickly and kept the house a comfortable temperature. The location is good - we used this as a home base to explore the island.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

The communication with Joe and the stay was excellent. The amenities were great and whoever he has doing the housekeeping, does a great job. The concierge at the front desk is like being at a hotel and there’s a restaurant right on site like staying at a four star hotel with having your complete privacy to yourself

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

the location was perfect. everything was in walking distance, the beaches the restaurants souvenir shops etc unless you wanted to go further into town then you could catch the bus or taxi on the main street. she provided a book with restaurants, excursions, beaches and more so if you can't get good service on your phone that's a plus. overall, there were no issues or concerns. I didn't have to reach out to her for anything concerning the apartment

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!
