We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

We are appreciative of a clean place to lay our heads. Cindy’s place is exactly as described. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was stocked with pots, pans, spices, coffee, and tea. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The linens were clean and fragrant free. Cindy was proactive in helping us to check-in, and quickly responded to my texts. People live upstairs, so we did hear some activity, but it was not disruptive in any way. In mid-October, the weather was chilly, and so the room was chilly too. We needed the space heater that was provided. We were grateful for a great stay!

The place is as presented in the listing - very easy to check into, a short drive to a grocery stores and nearby towns, has just about everything you need. Some reviewers have noted the highway traffic noise, but I personally only really noticed in the living room while watching TV. I slept really well here, and the back deck overlooking the creek was great for bird watching in the mornings.

Felt comfy and relaxed all weekend at this place!! Now something i never really put much mind in was that there is an attic that locks from the other side, and I was a bit worried and anxious if somebody was in the attic and the only way to go in and out would be where we were staying …

The home is older and comes with a lot of charm and quirks. It is comfortable and walkable to downtown Saugerties. Alex includes a lot of nice touches to make you feel welcome

Fui con mi familia a conocer Upstate y fue el lugar perfecto! una casa muy grande para disfrutar frente al rio Esopus. A minutos en auto de muchos lugares para visitar. La comunicacion con Georgia fue muy cordial y atenta. Volveremos seguramente. Super recomendable

Still gleaming from an unforgettable stay at Willow Vale which is hands down a 5-star gem! The design of the house is one-of-kind where every detail piques curiosity and wonder. The library stole our hearts from the start, brimming with an extensive book collection and unique treasures. We sat by the fire here every night. The sunroom was the perfect daytime spot where we napped, worked, ate and played games. It’s impossible not to fall in love with the kitchen…we cooked almost every meal. Enjoying the hot tub under the stars was a highlight. We loved that there was a telescope and took advantage of it. The river was serene with a perfect swimming hole…and cold plunge! The house is secluded and there is so much to do nearby. It’s truly the land of hidden gems. Stissing House for dinner is a MUST. As their home might suggest, Matt and Whitney go above and beyond as hosts. They made this family vacation special for us in every possible way. We cannot wait to return!!!

John & Laurie’s home was warm and inviting for our group’s New Years holiday. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and a well stocked kitchen. We weren’t able to make use of the lake because it was January but enjoyed walks around the property and the incredible bird sightings ! Bedrooms were cozy and the home is clean and well sized for a big group. Thanks so much !

Debbie’s apartment is indeed a slice of paradise The apartment is excellent and has everything you need to feel at home. We never left the apartment. We brought groceries and cooked in house. I will return here and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Debbie and Kevin

My adult daughter and I are so happy we found Jennifer ‘s home for our getaway to Kingston. Our stay there was truly a highlight of our trip! Jennifer is a gracious and generous host and her concern for the comfort of her guests is reflected in the uniquely attractive home she offers. We appreciated the recommendations of local and nearby attractions and especially enjoyed the bakery and several wonderful restaurants all within a few blocks walk – which we safely did at any time of the day. Thank you, Jennifer. We are already imagining a return visit!

Robin’s cabin was so lovely, we enjoyed our midweek mental health moment immensely. The lake and property are gorgeous and peaceful and were just what we needed! We came at the tail end of winter, so some of the outdoor seating I was looking forward to hanging out on were still in storage for the season. We caught the last of the frozen lake and missed out on fishing, but the kids kept themselves occupied by breaking up ice with sticks from the sandy area along the water. So we have the boats and fishing to look forward to next time. I’m also looking forward to using the art shed. The house itself was just what we needed, rustic but somehow both elegant and delightfully quirky. I loved the decor and the abundance of natural materials in terms of furniture and such. As another guest maybe mentioned, the mattress (I was in the big room) left a bit to be desired and my back was pretty achey upon waking. All told, a relatively small price to pay for a spot that hit all the boxes.
