Thank you for a cozy stay! We loved the preserve across the street and waking up to the sound of birds and the country.

I was looking for a place to experience fall, get some quiet time and experience upstate NY. I got all of that and more. Anne & Tosso were great hosts; always there when I had questions or needed help. I appreciate their concern and flexibility. I was looking for solitude but I could also see bringing my family here. It would be very fun to hang out, cook together, plays games and chill. I can't recommend it enough.

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

William was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The Airbnb was great just as it’s described. It’s a nice spot that feels secluded but is still close to nearby towns. I went up with some friends for the weekend and it’s not far from some nice hiking trails.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this unbelievably beautiful place for two nights. Charlotte’s place was warm, inviting, comfy, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. The attention to detail in all areas of the suite were extraordinary— the comfy robes, the perfect placement of the furniture to see the most beautiful sunsets, the selection of complimentary coffees, snacks, and the farm fresh eggs in the fridge! Charlotte really thought about how to make this place feel magical and special. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back again. Thanks again!

Tara’s place is super clean. Most of Airbnb we have been staying at, there always can find dead spot in the house, such as bathroom, under beds, corner of sofa. But Tara’s place is not any. Very roomy for 8 adults, nice dinning areas where we enjoy our home cook meals. Nice neighborhood will have good view when spring comes. Closed to Mohawk ski resort about 25 mints drive. Only one little thing out of control is at night when the heater on , you can heard some noise from the top floor, which makes we keep wake up at first night! If you have hard time sleeping you can bring some earbuds to help you. Overall worth the price and nice place will come back again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage on Morehouse Farm. It's so cozy and quaint, hearing cows moo in the morning and watching the sheep over a cup of coffee. We always feel totally welcome and at home. The kitchen has everything necessary to make simple meals and you can enjoy relaxing in the living room on a media detox (no TV!).

The other reviews are spot on. This place is lovely. The house looks and smells fantastic. The town is very close by and Richard is a great host. Everything was exactly as desired and very cozy. We were even treated to a winter snow storm which made the place even more magical. Would love to return in the future!

Fantastic house to explore the area. Super close to both the train station in Rhinecliff and downtown Rhinebeck. One of the most well stocked kitchens I have encountered in an AirBnB. Bed was comfortable as well and plenty of towels.

We had a great time at Josh’s place. It’s such a beautiful spot and wonderful home. Josh was super helpful and responsive. He made it so easy. Would definitely come back and recommend!

We enjoy the stylish house and decorations within. The house is filled with cooking supplies, which helped a lot because we cooked two dinners there with our parents comfortably live six. We stay there during the winter month, but would love to return during the summer to enjoy the creek behind the house.

What a great chill stay for Thanksgiving! Absolutely loved hanging on the deck with our baby and dogs (deck is enclosed), listening to the river and watching people fish. The cabin was very Scandi and it felt super peaceful and clean! We walked our dogs on some of the trails and they loved it. It felt cozy in the winter and can’t wait to try it out in the summer. Samuel and Catherine were super helpful and communicative. Loved it! They also left fresh eggs and a bottle of wine! 🧡

If you are looking for a sign to book this place, this is it! The house was so wonderful, and much bigger than the photos could capture. It's also very well stocked with fun board games and activities, as well as a really comfortable and spacious kitchen. We spent our time cooking, hanging out on the couch, and playing games! It was the perfect way to spend a cozy winter getaway. The horse and goats are a huge plus, and we enjoyed going down to feed them and give them pets. Frodo was my favorite! Cheryl and Jamie were really warm and incredible hosts who made us feel very welcome. They even included some treats for us since we were celebrating my birthday, which was such a nice gesture. I wish we could have spent more time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

This place was exactly what our family and friends were looking for. It was nice that the house had its own long driveway and wasn't on top or near other houses. You can see other houses from inside, but just hanging out in the backspace was very peaceful and private. This place doesn't have that typical Airbnb smell, the smell of a long vacated house. Felt very much like home the entire time we were there. Open space for everyone to hang out inside and had all the amenities including washer/dryer. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at Steven's home with our son and grandchildren! Kitchen was well-supplied. Sleeping arrangements for 6 people worked well. Large family-type room with large screen TV was perfect for watching movies together. A large yard in front became a baseball diamond for teaching our 6-yr old grandson how to play. Steven was very communicative and helpful. The only issue we had was that cell service was a bit spotty. No problem for us, but others may need to consider that.

We had the absolute best stay at Jeanie’s home! It was beautiful, spacious, and so well decorated, and the property couldn’t be more peaceful. The chickens and ducks in the backyard were so fun to watch, and really made the stay so magical. Jeanie was so helpful too, with lots of local recommendations and made our whole trip so easy! The house oozes with charm and character, and we couldn’t have loved it more!

The cottage was so warm and inviting. We felt right at home. And the setting was beautiful. Never saw so many brilliant stars in my life.

A girlfriend and I spent the long weekend here with our combined 5 kids. The set up was great, everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make meals, coffee, etc. The older kids loved the game room (air hockey and Pac-Man machine especially). There was a snowstorm during our stay and Stephen shared in advance information and his plan to clear the snow if we wanted to leave the property. He was always responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this place, especially if you have little ones.

A peaceful, comfortable getaway for our winter holiday weekend. Photos do not do the unit justice - large, airy spaces with very high ceilings and interesting antique decor. Beds were very comfortable. And my favorite part was the wood burning stove which our hosts stocked with firewood. We were surprised to also have access to a sauna - which was a massive treat! The unit is walking distance (~10-12 minutes) from restaurants and shops in the village, on a private, quiet road off of the main road. About a 7 min drive from Rhinecliff Station. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Rhinebeck!

A lovely home for a super cozy winter weekend away in the country! For folks who like to cook, the full kitchen has everything you need, and for those with little ones, lots of great kid-friendly amenities throughout the house as well. A short, scenic drive from downtown Pine Plains, and an easy shot up to Hudson or over to Rhinebeck. Super responsive and congenial host! Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at Casa Lobato with a group of five friends and a two-year-old, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is incredibly spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We particularly loved the expansive view from the house overlooking the valley—it was truly breathtaking. The location is perfect, with easy access to the town, making our stay even more convenient.
