A Hidden Gem indeed. Cute, quaint, conveniently close to everything, especially the beach. The available bikes were the best to ride around with. My daughter and I had a blast. The cottage was set up perfectly, nothing needed because everything was in it. The secluded, outside shower with a surfboard offering hot water was a big hit, especially at night. The hosts thought of everything and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We will def be back and have told all our friends. Look out for the resident ginger kitty and cutest squirrel, the best welcome committee a home has to offer. Thank you again for giving us the most memorable trip for our daughter last travel soccer tournament. 🥰

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

This place was perfect for 2 people! It was a 5 minute walk from the beach and minutes away from restaurants and bars. The place was clean and the basic necessities were provided such as plates, silverware, microwave, cups, toaster, extra sheets, towels and much more. You really don’t need to bring anything with you. Thank you for such a great weekend!

Ian provided an excellent experience at his Airbnb. The home is beautiful, clean, and it excuded a lovely coastal vibe. Everything one might need for the perfect Florida get-away was easily found within the home including cooking essentials, beach gear, health and beauty aids, and a plentiful amount of towels. We rested well on the comfortable beds. The home is located near wonderful beaches and a plentiful amount of great restaurants. Very good grocery stores are also within a close proximity including Publix and Native Sun. Ian was a great host, providing concise, understandable directions for entry and how various appliances worked within the home. Check-out was easy, too. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay and all systems within the home worked excellently (including the all-important air conditioning). I highly recommend Ian as a host because he provided excellent hospitality and a clean, charming home.

We had a great one-week stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, and an easy drive to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. It was also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a great space for our pups to play, and there was a nice park nearby. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and great for walking. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly spot!

Beautiful home, plush linens, and towels. Everything you would need is in the kitchen also. It is a corner house off Acosta and Post Road. Post Road is a very busy street and you will hear a lot of cars driving by. Both of the beds were quite firm. However, the front guest room bed was extremely firm. If that's what you're looking for, this is your place. May I have a straw thanks The host was very responsive, accommodated us getting in the house early. You felt like you were at a family member's home with all of the little touches.

Fantastic stay! Very easy walk to the beach. The house is clean and has all the room you need for multiple guests. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores around the area if needed.

We decided at the last minute to take a trip to Jacksonville. I hopped on Air B&B and located her listing quickly. I needed something with 2 bedrooms and close to the everything we had planned to do…This place was perfect!!..Clean, comfortable., very well appointed decor. As soon as we walked in the freshness was there… freshness hit me. We like to visit Jacksonville. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. The price was very reasonable. Victoria was very responsive and accommodating..Great host!!!

Went to Jacksonville for work with 2 coworkers. House was perfect. Spacious, Cozy, Peaceful, beautiful. Will 100% be coming back for future trips to Jacksonville

Anna's bungalow is delightful. The location is perfect. There are several good restaurants within an easy walk, and Boone Park is right across the street. We had easy off-street parking in the driveway, and our family and friends who visited during our stay all found easy parking either on St. Johns Ave. or on Van Wert, next to the park. We loved being right in the heart of Avondale, an older neighborhood with lots of mature oak trees, and lovely old - but well-preserved - houses. Inside, the bungalow actually looks nicer than than the photos. It was very nicely renovated and beautifully decorated. There were lots of thoughtful touches, including plenty of clothes hangers (surprisingly rare in Air BnBs in our experience), and extra hooks on all the doors for towels or clothes. There were four of us (two couples), and we all found it very comfortable, with plenty of room. Both we and the couple who shared the place would stay here again.
