this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

Robert was a great host! Very accommodating and helpful. The townhouse was very comfy and had everything you’d need for a longer or short stay.

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Our stay was very short but sweet! Rohit was a 5 star host and was very accommodating to every single need! Very responsive and helpful at every chance! We would recommend this stay for small groups or a small family. Very close to downtown, lots of restaurants and shops! Target is walking distance if needed! The neighborhood felt very safe & neighbors were friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay. It hit on all the things we look for: easy beach access, nicely appointed apartment, comfortable bed and furniture, responsive hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

The folks at First Coast did an excellent job in setting up last minute accommodations for us. The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.

This was an excellent trip. The location is outstanding, right next to the pool and just a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and perfect for kids. The condo is extremely nice, and the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

Natalie's pre-arrival instructions were easy to understand and follow. She made us feel welcome upon our arrival and throughout out our stay, in what we called our home away from home. Her condo was beautifully maintained, comfortable and well-appointed including home/pantry comfort staples. Natalie went above and beyond by proactively providing several local recommendations. Our time allowed us to seek out and experience many of her suggestions. We were not disappointed. We had a delightful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely contact you again.

Dawn was awesome she knew we were coming out for my son’s radiation treatment and even offered a few extra days if we needed. We appreciate her very much 🙏🙏

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Roxanne’s place was excellent, were ocean people so the distance to the ocean was a little long but wonderful nonetheless, we had a great time and the condo was perfect, Amelia is great, I’ve been here before but many moons ago, still beautiful. Highly recommend Roxanne to host anything, immediate response to any of my questions

A great spot for a vacation! Nothing better than having coffee on the balcony while the kids sleep in!

We had a great stay . We were in the area to visit family , and enjoyed the quiet condo and walks on the beach. Close to several restaurants- all walking distance . Enjoyed easy access to the beach .
