I had a wonderful stay! It’s such a great location too. The apartment is impeccably clean, brand new, and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. I am planning on coming back in a couple of months and will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were very communicative as well :)

Ashley had just taken over this listing. We pointed out some unseen maintenance issues to her. We have stayed at Fusion many times. The facility has much to offer. Very clean. Helpful staff.

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I would go back over and over again. Exceptional hosts and beautiful place! Lots to eat nearby and close to the airport and beaches. Highly recommend!

The house well maintained and modern. It is in a great location and walkable to many local restaurants, parks, and the water front. Julie was responsive, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend the house to anyone looking to visit the area.

The host and the house were both above and beyond all expectations. The house and amenities were better than described. The kids ( and my wife and I ) had so much fun in the game room! The house was very clean and neat. The fire pit was lovely. And the master bathroom was an absolute pleasure. Huge shower and lots of counter top space. The neighborhood is quiet and whole out for walks everyone was friendly. At one point I had a problem with getting something to work ( operator error ) and I messaged Waylon …he was at the property in less that 15 minutes to show me what to do. You can not ask for a better Air B&B experience. 100% will book this property again!

Kathryn and Geoff, Thank you for your hospitality and kindness during our stay. We felt right at home. Amongst many reasons, we found it to be a huge plus that there were doors to every room so we could keep our pet confined to specific areas if we left the house. The EV charging also really helped us keep costs low while we were in town. There was never any issues with something not working and communications were clear as a bell! The Walrus is a block over so we could get a late night smoothie/snack which was a great late night option. Overall, we were very comfortable here, I think anyone would agree. Many thanks!!

We had the most wonderful stay. The house is spacious and gorgeous. I was surprised just how close we were to the beach, just the shortest walk. The backyard and from patio add to the perfect setting. Michelle was responsive and very kind. Would definitely come again!

We needed a one night stay and this home was perfect for our group. It was clean, spacious and had the luxury of multiple full bathrooms and bedrooms. There were toys, books and several TVs to help keep the kids entertained. In the morning we started our day with coffee and breakfast at the HUGE island and followed up with a short walk around the neighborhood. The host is extremely kind and responded immediately upon our booking. It was a truly seamless rental with a great layout for a family getaway or small group gathering that just want to unwind in sunny FL. 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the townhome. It was stocked with everything we needed, tons of towels, 2 washer and dryers, lots of coffee, any cooking utensil you could need. It was a very quiet area and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Very comfortable and perfect for our stay!

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.

The check-in and locating the place were great. It is steps away from the beach. the place from the outside looked dated but once you stepped inside, they took a lot of care to update everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Having a washer, dryer in unit was a great and they provided detergent. We had a bottom unit and it could be a bit noisy with the upstairs tenants walking around, but nothing that was of concern. Parking was great. We only had a problem on the weekend when there was a lot of beach goers and all the provided unit parking was full. However, we were able to find a spot just up the block. AC worked great and they were very responsive with some minimal questions that we had!

We've stayed with Nomad twice and what I like most is that they provide plenty of necessities (toilet paper, towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels.) It's the little things that make a big difference.

Another great stay in Jax Beach with Nomad. We are returning guests, we always try to find a Nomad property any time we are in the area. We love the transparency of knowing exactly what to expect in their well designed, well stocked properties. This particular home was a great location to the beach, only steps away, with ample parking for our large vehicle. As always, a great experience! Thank you!
