We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

We really enjoyed our time at Garland’s place. We have stayed in several AirBnBs in San Marco over the years and were delighted to find this gem for our family. The place was super clean and attractive. We loved having the pool in the backyard and the easy walking distance to some great spots.

Really appreciated your checkout policy. Looking forward to using your home again.

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

Yu was a great host and very responsive! The house was beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood! If we return to Jacksonville, we would book with Yu again for sure!

Christine was so wonderful and her home is truly so beautiful. We stayed to attend the rascal Flatts concert and it was the perfect location. She gave us great recommendations and we loved them all. We would love to come back! :)

Super calm place, it is as described, super spacious and with everything you might need during your stay. Just 10 min drive to Mayo Clinic, this was very convenient for our trip. I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay! It’s such a great location too. The apartment is impeccably clean, brand new, and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. I am planning on coming back in a couple of months and will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were very communicative as well :)

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

We had a great time! We came for a concert at VyStar and enjoyed having a place that was close by so we could all hang out afterward.

Visited for a wedding in Jacksonville and the location was perfect. Apartment itself was also perfect for 3 nights. Bed was comfortable and the whole apartment smelled super clean upon arrival. Nakita was incredibly responsive and one of the sweetest hosts I've encountered. If ever coming back would love to stay again.

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.
