Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We didn’t drive more than 10-15 minutes to get to any of the restaurants or the beach. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have privacy, but also cozy enough for family time. The pool and the fire pit were a hit for the little ones. The home is as described. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a gorgeous home and beautifully decorated and furnished. I loved having the Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms. I immediately asked my husband can we get some of those. We were also able to bring our fur baby along. After countless searches for a pet friendly place, we landed on this place. It didn’t disappoint!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

The home is spacious for a small family and the fenced in pool was a plus because I travelled with children. Jorge responded when I had any questions and also recommending some of the local restaurants.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The first thing the kids did when we arrived was get in the pool and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, in a calm and peaceful neighborhood and I loved the convenience of Walmart being less than 5 minutes away! Yuri was an amazing host, very friendly, accommodating and always quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Jacksonville area, it made our vacation even more special!

During a stressful time with our daughter in the NICU at the nearby hospital, this property became our sanctuary. The amenities were truly plentiful – every detail was thought of, from the fully stocked kitchen to the thoughtful extras that made our days easier. The property itself was absolutely stunning; it was the cleanest and most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The southwestern-themed furniture and decor created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home during a difficult period. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the hosts. They were the most responsive, compassionate, and accommodating hosts we've ever had the pleasure of working with. A&J’s kindness and understanding during this challenging time meant the world the world to us!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Lauren’s place stands out in the villas at Ponte Vedra Beach. We stayed in 4 Summer Place villas this year. Casita by the Sea was the best—well appointed, great ocean/beach view and access, offered a variety of supplies, large tv, furnishings/linens/towels of excellent quality. Although in a condo complex this unit’s patio just seemed the most private and had good furniture. We were very comfortable. Definitely returning to Lauren’s place.

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

Great place. used to visit here several decades ago and went back with family this time. condo was nice, clean, and air conditioning was great. Nice location to all amenities nearby. obviously if you need to be looking at the ocean at your window this isn't the place but otherwise it was fantastic. we were missing some initial kitchen equipment but management got that to us within 24 hours. couldn't have asked for better service. thank you!

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Great 2 night stay! Everything was as described and Christine was a great host. Super clean and lots of little details she thought of!

We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.
