Exactly as described, would stay again

We had a great stay at Jennifer's cozy apartment. Jennifer is a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly and genuine. Her place had everything you could need and was comfortable, practical, and cute. We always travel on foot and Jennifer even had fabulous beach bikes for us to borrow, and we could cycle or walk easily to anywhere we wanted to go. Her place is close enough to the beach and shops to easily access but far enough away to be private and quiet so you will sleep well! Highly recommend.

House is very clean and organized. Everything was in check point and communication was great. The beds were comfy and very clean

Wow, we had no idea how much fun it would be to have a Staycation just 10 miles from home. We so enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the water views from the windows, birds chirping, gentle sway of the leaves as the wind blew. While inside we had some friendly competition of pool, foosball , big connect four and other board games. Outside you can relax on the dock in the swing enjoying your coffee, throw out your fishing pole and maybe catch your dinner. We made our way out to of town to Ga. to play golf, tried a new place for dinner then relaxed on the comfy couches reading our books. We both said we were able to decompress from our everyday life without the hassle of a long drive out of town. The Sunrise Suite is a great place to getaway, relax and rejuvenate.

Dawn and her husband Lue were phenomenal hosts and very friendly. They should definitely charge more for the cozy little guesthouse, it is a steal if it’s available. Will definitely book again if I am in Jax Beach.

Kaya is very responsive and extremely accommodating. The apartment is very clean and well kept. She has not forgotten any detail to make your stay comfortable. I felt safe at all times.

Thomas was very accommodating and very communicative. He listed local sights to see and things to do. The apartment is very spacious and both of the bedrooms have a TV. We felt very comfortable here. There is plenty of parking and we felt safe leaving our cars here.

Michelle was a great host! The guest house is perfect for a short getaway in a nice quiet neighborhood and 10-12$ uber away from lots of great food & the beach!

It’s clean, comfortable and convenient! The communication with the hosts was outstanding! The description of the studio was accurate. We slept great and recommend it to anyone using Mayo .

Susan's place was a perfectly located close to both of our daughters' homes. We will definitely rebook whenever available. The space was a Key West style cottage with a very private back yard setting. You will barely notice that the owners live in the main house. Susan is very pet friendly and even allowed our daughter's dog to visit and play with our pet. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and is only a few blocks from the beach.

Rented this place for TPC weekend and it was perfect. Not too far from the course and close to the beach as well as a lot of good restaurants within 10 minutes from the house. Would stay here again!

Yoe’s airbnb was SO clean, cute, and convenient. A lot of “extra’s” were available: toothbrush, toothpaste, nail brush, bathroom hand soap, and liquid soap, etc. It was nicely decorated. the kitchenette was small, but had everything we needed. The next time I am in Jacksonville, I would love to stay in Yoe’s Airbnb!
