This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

This is like the 4th time we have stayed in this house ass we do quite a bit of work in the area. We love this place and this has been and will always be our 1st pick of the area Thank you Ciara for a Fantastic house and for being a wonderful Host

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. A home away from home for our 2024 family Christmas! We came together from Florida, Georgia, and Montana to see and celebrate with our newly transplanted Rhode Island family and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us! Kenneth was very responsive and very kind; flexible, too. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help. There was plenty of room for everyone. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen! The quiet upstairs was ideal for our infant granddaughter at nap time. The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.

A seamless stay! Lovely home, easy parking, very friendly host! Loved staying here!

Our stay here was great! It was a spacious and clean apartment. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. There were a decent amount of restaurants within a 5 minute walk so we were able to walk right down to get coffee in the morning at a cute little coffee shop and dinner at night to a couple places we wanted to try. We would stay here again!

This was a great stay. Clean and exactly what it looks like in the photos. It was such a relief to find a place that could accommodate our family of 4, my need to telework while I was there, and also be clean and relaxing and close to family in Roxbury. Oh, and having off street parking is so incredibly valuable. Grateful we found this place & we'll definitely be back. There was a little technical difficulty that was no one's fault that delayed our ability to get in. George was responsive, apologetic, and addressed it immediately to our satisfaction. I'm delighted.

We came into town for a film festival and were very tired after a long day. This place was excellent! They had an easy check-in policy, and it took moments for us to unload and get much-needed rest. We got in late and left around 10. It was perfect! Thank you!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

This was our first trip with our 10 month old baby and it was everything we could have hoped for. The location is amazing, walkable to everything. The hosts were so responsive. Literally would respond within 2 minutes of texting. They had a pack n play and high chair ready for us in the apartment when we got there. They also let us check in a bit early so that our baby could take her afternoon nap on time. They gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Perfect space for a long weekend or low key beach trip. Walking distance to the beach and very quick drive to other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. While the space is smaller it has all the amenities to handle everything you’d need like a full kitchen, grill, etc. We went in the offseason and still found plenty to do but you could tell the area would be more active during the peak cape season.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.
