This place is absolutely fantastic. It was more than enough space for 10 of us. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were fantastic space wise too and just what we needed. The bathrooms were great for what we needed as a group. Iwan was a great host and really responsive. Thank you for such a great stay.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Aberdyfi, perfect for our family of 4. Lots of lovely decorative touches and a really well equipped property. Great location in town.

It was a great stay, Lynne was one of the best hosts so far - incredibly well written instructions, recommendations, super responsive and thoughtful, cute personal touches. Cottage itself was very charming little old cottage but very clean, tidy and well presented. Beds very comfy. Low doorways and low ceilings upstairs but that just gives extra charm. Cottage is within 10 min walk to Zip World. Amazing stay and would definitely stay again! And five stars 🌟 to Lynne!

This house has been perfect for our family celebration. It accommodated everything for us, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren of age 4 & 2. House was spotless, the space is amazing especially the mezzanine bunk! Kitchen had all utensils you need plus cafetière, teapot and dishes. Children loved the toys and older adult children enjoyed the board games. We had a great evening meal in Y Gwynedd bar and a lovely walk up to the waterfall. House is ideal location for mountain walking and water sports on Llyn Padarn. The baby facilities such as travel cot and High chair saved us packing ours and the garden is great for chilling or just letting the kids run around.

We have loved our stay again after returning a second time. House is great and view is amazing. Had a really chilled time with the family, lovely views and walks nearby.

We had a fantastic stay, great house, everything we needed and in an excellent, peaceful location. We are looking forward to returning soon!

This is such an incredible place. The views from the conservatory are amazing and the location is perfect for exploring the Rhosneigr area. Fiona was very friendly and helpful and although the accommodation had absolutely everything we needed we definately knew we would only have to ask and she would be happy to help. The welcome hamper was also a really nice touch. We will definately be coming back.

A fabulous location. Across the road from the bay and we literally walked over in our swimming costumes it was so close! The photos really don’t give you a sense of how spacious the cottage is. It’s a very private space at the back of the building, away from the road. Stunning big lawn so perfect for a family trip. EV charge point was really speedy. Kerry was really attentive to our needs - thank you!

We loved our stay, it was so peaceful and private. Just a 5min walk to the beach which was fab for the dogs. Shops, take aways and pubs etc short walk into town. Sam was very responsive to messages, didn't make me feel like I was bothering her if we needed to ask anything. Our first visit to Barmouth, and we loved it. We'd definitely book this property again as it really is a home from home.

Had a great weekend away. Very good service everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was in a beautiful spot next to the lake. Would visit again 💯

Had a great time with my family. it was just for one night but we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan. It is well maintained and would like to visit again the future. Good beach access and activities to do in the park.

I highly recommend this caravan holiday home, It came with lots of extras that we didn’t expect like Wi-Fi and coffee making machine, Beds were extremely comfortable and the caravan was very spacious, it came a large Tv with access to the local mast so not full freeview coverage, There was a dvd player and a selection of dvds and there appeared to be an Amazon firestick giving extra choice if you wanted, overall and excellent caravan with lots of extras and a friendly and helpful owner for which I give a 10 out of 10 Rating.

We had such a lovely stay, couldn’t recommend this caravan enough. It had everything we needed, we went on some amazing walks with the pooch and the whole caravan site was amazing. Would definitely come back again.

We loved are stay are boys specially loved the hot tub 🥰 was lovely and peaceful and relaxing everything inside the accommodation was perfect included tea and coffee and met us on arrival to show us everything will definitely go again great walk around the area also with onsite bar and shops lighting outside too was great with speakers while your in the hot tub Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a nice few days away

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

A super cute static caravan (stayed 30.8 to 2.9 24. 3 adults and a big Labrador! We took our elderly mum. The sunsets are as described - stunning. The sea view (we stayed in A17) was just beautiful. The living room area is cute and cosy. The kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery you would need. Lynn has opted to have outdoor furniture rather than a parking space which makes for a lovely area to sit out out in . There is a car park on the site. The incline is steep when you need to access your vehicle. (You need to be fit and have good mobility). The site is amazing. The sea view from the restaurant is a massive bonus ! (Minor points - take toilet roll as there was none provided. Bedrooms are tiny and can feel cramped. The twin bedroom would suit 2 child sharing. Cramped for adults. Instructions for the heating were not obvious. To put the heating on - the switch is ON the boiler,not the wall. Bedroom ceiling bulbs did not work nor did the lamp in the living room).

Clive gave clear instructions on how to find his place prior to our trip. He greeted us upon arrival and very friendly. The place was very clean and bright, the kitchen was well kitted out and everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the shower was great too. We stayed for 10 nights and there is plenty to do in the area, particularly some great hiking. It is perfectly situated near Snowdonia and the town of Caernarfon is only about 4 miles away and is a beautiful town and there is a great castle there too. All in all we had a fantastic time and will be happy to stay at Clive's place again.

Had an amazing stay at Sharon and Daves log cabin, a lovely quiet break away. The hot tub is amazing and spent few hours in it watching the stars. The scones are fantastic. the bed was so comfy think I had best sleep I've had for ages. can't wait to book again with a bit of planning for the best time to catch the moom.

Having visited the town over the years, we were glad to be in such a convenient location. Vicki was very responsive and accommodating when organising logistics and once we were in the house there were no issues.

Had a wonderful evening, very private, peaceful and a lovely setting to unwind and relax with beautiful views. Lliwen was very welcoming upon arrival. Would recommend! We will be coming back for sure. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Such a beautiful setting! Celia was a wonderful host, very friendly with fantastic communication and local recommendations. The cabin was delightful, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Hiking out straight from the door we out for the full day and were blessed with wonderful weather. Miss the place already and can’t wait to go back.

Stayed for 2 nights in March. Gavin messaged to give clear instructions prior to checking in and also what to do on check out day. The cottage was lovely and clean with a games room and animals on site which was a nice touch! It was also a 13minute drive from Rhyl beach, Unfortunately a lot of the shops on the front were closed and they seem to be doing some building work along the beach, however, it was still a really lovely to walk and the weather was good too! There’s also a waterfall and town a few minutes drive away where we stopped to get some food and take in the views. Thanks for a great stay!
