Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

Es mi segunda visita, nuevamente la hemos pasado muy agusto, el departamento está muy bonito, con todo lo necesario y mas, la zona muy tranquila para quien busque relajarse y por su puesto la vista espectacular. Michael siempre muy atento a nuestras dudas y necesidades. Como siempre ampliamente recomendado!

It was a great vacation. We really enjoyed the home and service provided by the onsite house keepers. The beach and water was great. All of the locals were very helpful.

Las atenciones de Tania excelentes, súper atenta y amable, las instalaciones súper amplias, cómodas y limpias. La casa cuenta con lo básico para tema de comida, la playa está súper cerca, el estacionamiento bastante amplio y hay bastantes cosas cerca, Oxxo, tiendas, comidas. El acceso al inmueble es bastante fácil

From the listing on airbnb I was convinced Marianna’s house would be nice, and right on the beach, how could I go wrong? When I walked in I was amazed and surprised because the photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolutely magnifacent home. The spaciousness, beautiful stone floors, doors and furnishings are lovely. The outdoor living room is perfect for this location as its always in the shade. We enjoyed sunsets in the palapa (with very comfortable seating) and views up and down the beach. While the beach is not a wide beach, it is a beach we had completely to ourselves. Sitting out there in the mornings drinking coffee was a dream. Just be sure to stock up with groceries because the local stores don’t have much and there’s plenty of freezer space in the house. The restaurant we tried and enjoyed is Nido’s in Casa K’u, about a three minute drive down the road. I can’t imagine a nicer place to go on a beach vacation. I’m sure I’ll be coming back here soon.

Our stay at Marilu’s place during Christmas was fantastic! We loved the house’s location since we were looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax by the pool y use the good-speed internet to watch movies at night. While we went to the supermarket on the way from the airport, there are nearby convenience stores less than 10 minutes from the house. As a host, Marilu was very accommodating and provided great local tips. An easy 5-star rating from my side. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

A complete Magical Gem! Really magical ambiance, true history and family feel, love the amazing extras like the clay cooking pots and the musical instruments. The top of the structure is like nothing I have ever experienced, a LightHouse like no other! Emily and staff were all amazing and attended to us like family, all was very comfortable, private, and peaceful for our stay. Will absolutely be back again!

Increible lugar, lo recomiendo ampliamente para relajarte y convivir con la familia, muchas cosas que hacer por la cercania a progreso y telchac. Lugar muy confortable, cuenta con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir de emergencia.

Casa excelente, de hecho , muchísimo más bonita que lo que se aprecia en las fotos , fueron muy amables y accesibles en todo momento , excelente comunicación, definitivamente regresaría. Muchas gracias por todo.

Super cute place. The host made sure we were comfortable and accommodated us very well. The community is safe and very quite. Our daughter loved the parks and the pool and made friends. It's best to have a car but Uber and Rappi drliver quickly if you don't. Thank you!!

El departamento está en un fraccionamiento muy bonito y la sección de los edificios está súper bien cuidado y visualmente divino. El depa es muy bonito, amplio y con acabados súper detallados, estaba muy bien equipado y súper bien ubicado. Recomiendo ampliamente.

This place is an absolute gem! Everything is exactly as shown and impeccable! We stayed as a family of 4, and our 7-year-old loved every second of our stay. We went crab hunting at night, saw the incredible planet alignment, and relaxed in all of the pools! Our host was very quick to respond when we had questions and even recommended places we could go to for items we needed. Stay here!

Thank you! This was the best place we could have dreamt of. Excellent location—very close to a beautiful beach and convenient access to grocery stores. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a great swimming pool. Everything inside worked perfectly—A/C, refrigerator, fan, electric stove—10/10! A special thank you to the owner, Ignacio. He was incredibly helpful with everything, from picking us up at the airport to doing our first grocery run and even organizing trips for us. He was always there to assist in any situation—our very own Mexican angel! Ignacio, we already miss you. We’re definitely coming back! 🦩❤️🦩

La zona es increíble, súper tranquila y con el mejor centro comercial de la ciudad justo enfrente. El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, súper cómodo y bien equipado. Sin pensarlo, me volvería a quedar aquí.

We had an extended stay in Merida and this space met all our needs, we felt at home. Monica was a most gracious host. We highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again if we are back.
