Ricardo was very communicative, gave easy and concise instructions. Clean and decorated nicely. He addressed my questions and concerns immediately. It’s a beautiful property and surroundings are incredible, right on the beach. Overall, an incredible experience and Ricardo is an amazing and attentive host. Highly recommend. Miguel's places was great. Amazing views, really nice apartment and amenities, private access to the beach and super quiet surroundings. There's no shops or anything close but for us that's actually something positive. Telchac Puerto, the town, is like 10 min away so you can get groceries and stuff super easy there. We would definitely come back, totally recommended!

Pasamos unos días increíbles, llenos de diversión. El clima, la tranquilidad, y lo confortable del alojamiento hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. El detalle de los juguetitos que le prestaron a nuestra bebé lo agradecemos mucho. Esperamos volver muy pronto.

Fue excelente la estancia, con algunos contratiempos qué se resolvieron casi todos, menos un aire acondicionado de una habitación secundaria, cosa que no interfirio en lo bien que la pasamos, fue fin de año y eso no se pudo solucionar precisamente por las fechas, la cocina divina todo lo necesario todoooo!!! Volvería nuevamente, si podría decirle a Rossy pusieran más empeño en la limpieza en la entrada por la playa, mucha basura, recogi latas, frascos y vidrios rotos para tener un poco más de seguridad por mi nieto qué salía a estar con su mascota en la arena. Pero en general genial, mega tranquilo todo!!

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

Gracias Salvador excelente host. El condominio es muy agradable pero la propiedad principalmente muy acogedora. Nuestra estancia estuvo excelente.

Beautiful location—paradise! Great stay for a family of 5 with kids. We loved the beach, the natural environment and the pool. Very peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of the ocean. The house and surroundings were very clean. It is a rustic family home and had a real cottage vibe, some things like the taps and showers could use updating but it was fine. We had some issues with one bathroom and Maria was very responsive and friendly. She also left us some games to play with the kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Pasamos un excelente fin de semana, el departamento muy bonito, agradable y equipado, todo muy limpio y nuevo, las amenidades excelente el área del estacionamiento y piscinas excelente para pasar un fin de semana muy relajado y agradable, excelente ubicación y que esté frente al mar mejor todavía, Alfonso muy atento y servicial desde el primer momento.
