We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Отличный дом для того, чтобы отдохнуть с друзьями на выходных. Красивая, ухоженная территория, классный бассейн. Есть все необходимое: лежаки, зонтик, полотенца, посуда, оборудование для гриля. Ночью очень тихо, никакого гула машин, только звуки природы. Рядом есть магазин, но там только базовые продукты - если хотите чего-то особенного, рекомедую привозить с собой. Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Ich empfehle die Villa, und für die Leute, die zum ersten Mal nach Armenien reisen, ist Karen jederzeit verfügbar, damit ihr euch wie zu Hause fühlt. One of the things I love about Airbnb is that sometimes you get a chance to encounter fine people. This is one of those cases. Ovsanna and her family are the finest people on the planet. Their kindness and hospitality is just humbling. They make you feel at home and a part of the family. Also the place is fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice. Everything is new, refrigerator, stove, washing machine and the whole place is sparkling clean and fresh. Very comfortable and safe. Most of the time my door was open and the whole neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. It’s great place for digital nomads who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place. I definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to come back again soon. Thanks for your kind hospitality 🙏🏽

很好的房东，愉快的两周假期。房间整洁，小院儿可以乘凉烧烤，一天不出门也很自在。有厨房可以方便地做饭。离大型商超很近，购物方便。附近的40路公交可以去城里。晚上可看城市夜景，白天可以远眺阿勒山。真的是个很超值的民宿。

Super friendly, welcoming hosts. Good value for money, few steps away from the very heart of Yerevan. Maybe not the most modern house and inventory, but fine for us and relevant for the price we paid. Only downsides would be: rooms should be cleaned more often and thoroughly, river was smelling sometimes (not disturbing us, but important to know). If we come again to Yerevan, we would return for hospitality and everything that was necessary for our 1 week stay with 3 separate rooms and 2 toilets. Thanks!

Helpful and responsive Host, the place is well organized, decorated and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for a family. Nice safe and family neighbourhood. Walkable to the center with supermarkets nearby.

Останавливались в этой квартире почти на месяц — всё очень понравилось. Чисто, уютно, есть всё нужное: посуда, горячая вода, хороший интернет. Спалось отлично, кровать удобная, в квартире очень тихо. До центра близко, можно спокойно дойти пешком. Великолепный вид из окна на весь город, иногда с террасы с другой стороны можно увидеть Арарат. Лучше места в Ереване вы не найдете. Особая благодарность хозяевам — очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые, помогли с заселением и подсказали, куда сходить поблизости. Отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет пожить в Ереване, почувствовать атмосферу города и при этом отдохнуть в комфортных условиях. Рекомендуем!

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Our stay at this beautiful house was relatively short, but we loved it so much that we will definitely be back soon. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The place was well renovated, clean and very accommodating. The kitchen was very well furnished, it had everything that we needed. The bathroom and the bedrooms were exceptionally clean and had all the necessary toiletries and furnishing. The outside of the house was relaxing and very well thought-out. We had breakfast and dinner at the two verandas/porches outside and loved it very much. Thank you to our host for this great gem, we will visit again!

Чудовий будинок, який ідеально підійшов нашій сімʼї. Всередині є все, що необхідно для комфортного проживання: пральна машина, посудомийна машина, кондиціонери, телевізор, посуд. Нам було дуже комфортно. Єдине, чого не вистачало - це WiFi. Власник дуже ввічливий в любʼязний, відповів на всі питання.

Vahe's place is excellent with every comfort a guest might need. I attended an event at the state university, so the location was perfect. It is an excellent budget option which I would highly recommend.
