Very clean and neat. It worked well for our family of 6. Nice master suite separated from main house. Situated between 2 other houses but feels very private because of fences, and no dwellings across the river. The driveway is steep so we parked at the street to avoid getting stuck in the ice. Quick drive to Beaver Creek was easy for skiing.

I have a custom cabinet shop in Denver and we were installing in a town home next door. Just had 3 people stay, but the house was perfect. Would love to come back when we have time to ski.

The stay was phenomenal. We enjoyed every minute - from the fireplace and snow to the hot tub with stars. Highly recommend and worth every penny

Great place to stay! Max was very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Was nice having a kitchen, living room, fenced in yard and full place to yourself as compared to a hotel. Great deal compared to other places in town as well. As long as you know what you’re getting into - a rustic cabin, rather than a fancier/redone place - this place is perfect for a cozy, affordable place to stay in the mountains.

Loved our cabin and all the helpful people who offered to help us with our car during the icy storm. Very peaceful cabin. If you have dogs that love snow this is the place to be. Our 2 huskies loved it here. We could let them off leash and they had the time of their lives. Would visit again for sure.

Our stay at LeeAnn’s cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. LeeAnn was such a thoughtful and kind host, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect for us. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We made beautiful memories visiting Aspen multiple times and taking in the breathtaking views at Maroon Bells. The park nearby, where we could BBQ, was also a fantastic spot, and we even made a memorable trip to Vail. One of the highlights of our last night was LeeAnn’s warm suggestion to take in the night sky the stars were stunning and made for an unforgettable close to our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to experience a warm, welcoming stay in such a beautiful area. Thank you, LeeAnn, for everything we’ll always cherish this trip!

Loved our 3 day stay at this cozy little cabin on the river. It had everything you would need. We can’t wait to go back

We celebrated my son's 16th birthday at Carner's (aka Car-gnar's!) cabin with a great group of friends. Got some great ski turns behind the cabin and enjoyed the BBQ and lots of sun on the deck afterwards. Absolutely beautiful sun rises while we were there. Thanks for the great stay!

Charley went the extra mile to make my dauguter’s bday special. He took decorations up the day before! Cabin was clean, well appointed and overall great. We had a blast. Would highly recommend either cabin on the property. Highly recommend this experience!!!

Jenna and Kaleb were both extremely welcoming. It was a very beautiful and peaceful environment. We enjoyed the calm after a hard day of hitting the slopes. Jenna and Kaleb were extremely active texting wise and were always available to give some insight.
