Beautiful views, accommodations and setting. Easy access to Beaver Creek either via Westin shuttle or if you are even a beginner skier, gondola to a ski lift that goes to the heart of the mountain. Garth was not only extremely responsive to any questions but proactive in making sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Highly recommend!!

We had such a magical experience at Garth's ranch. Every year for Labor Day we find a destination in Colorado to stay with our closest friends. Combined we have 4 adults and 6 kids. The ranch was the absolute perfect setting for us. The kids LOVED it and us adults equally enjoyed it. It was so nice to wake up and have it just be you and nature (and the adorable ranch dogs, sheep, horses, ducks, etc). We spent out days hiking, biking, kayaking, star gazing, cooking over the campfire, etc. The ranch was pristinely maintained and had endless space for us to explore. It truly was a magical and excellent experience. I highly recommend it to any family that wants to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. If possible, bring your all-wheel drive vehicle to get out and explore all the ranch has to offer. We will definitely be back.

All went well, we arrived late and code was not working, messaged remote key and their response was right away with correct code. No issues after that.

Good stay with a great location! We loved that it was pet friendly and the bike path was right there. You also can walk to the buses for skiing if you are there in the winter. The place isn't fancy but it's great for an affordable trip to ski. There were some things missing like hair conditioner, ice cube trays, and fans that would of made the stay even better.

The place was spotless and perfect for our family of four. Conveniently located within walking distance of the ski shuttle, library, playground, lake, rec center, and Avon Pavilion, with restaurants, shopping, and a supermarket just a short drive away. We really appreciated the great communication with host. Highly recommend!

Penelope was a gracious host and her home is in a dramatically beautiful town. We stayed during winter and appreciated the hot tub and local restaurant we could walk to. My kids loved that her house sits on a great hill, perfect for playing. We all had a great time staying in Red Cliff away from the busy ski towns and were constantly amazed by the great views of the town and surrounding mountains from the living room.

This spot was perfect for a family with little kids from the open space with deer and even spotting a fox to the pool and hot tub. You get the mountain experience with the town still being close by.

We were very please with this condo. Great location, easy shuttle service. The view was so pretty! We will definitely stay here again!
