Nicole’s place was JUST what we needed! My husband and I were looking for something private for our 3 year anniversary. With the views and the pool and patio amenities, it was such a great retreat! And we were met with fresh eggs from the chicken coop! It was a dream!

Mike was an excellent host. Beautiful place to stay. Felt right at home and would love to stay again! Thank you Mike.

A very lovely home with lots of space and VERY child friendly (literally thought of everything! Nice bedrooms for couples. Nice size beds with 2 of the beds having memory foam if that’s your thing. Very clean, would recommend

The house was so cute!! We used it for a bachelorette and it was perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor area with the fire pit and made s’mores! The kitchen was very functional and we loved the dishes!

A serene wonderful home and great backyard with lots of family activities and nature to enjoy!! An excellent property for nature lovers!! When we return to the area we hope to stay here again!! Our Grandchildren had a blast, as did we!! The home felt so homey and a quiet neighborhood exactly what we were looking for!!! Definitely beats hotel stays!!

This house was BEAUTIFUL! Very clean and homey! We had the BEST time here. One of my favorite parts was the huge dining table that fit our entire family for dinners and the fire pit outside for us to all sit around and talk and roast smores (host provided s’mores supplies) our kids LOVED it!! Also the hammock! We all fought over that haha! It was so relaxing! The host was very kind and responsive to any questions we had! Traveling with little ones can be stressful at times, I forgot their toys etc at home and the host provided children’s toys and board games which SAVED THE DAY! I have zero complaints, it was a very comfortable stay!

Great quiet location. Space very clean and well set up for any guest. Very close to downtown but in a quiet area.

Fabulous location walking distance to both Sundance Square and the Cultural District. A couple check-in glitches were cleared up immediately. THe place is perfect for two people, the balcony was an added plus. Although we didn't use it much, kitchen has enough cooking supplies for just about any meal. Bed was a little on the soft side, which I don't usually like but we slept like babies so I guess it was fine. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Fort Worth.

This high-rise condominium stay exceeded our expectations. Jay and his staff were very communicative and responsive. Easy parking and access, accommodations and amenities were as described. Quiet location with well insulated walls so you can’t hear your neighbors. We needed to be close to medical facilities and it was just a few minutes away. Gorgeous pool setting and barbecue area. Wish our stay was in the summer so we could enjoy it, but we will be back.!

Penny’s place was a beautiful, peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Fort Worth. Waking up each morning, you would never guess that you were in the city. It felt like we were staying at a cottage in the English country side! Her sweet chickens greeted us as we walked the property and Penny’s kitchen was stocked with her own handmade pottery! Every single detail was intentional and you could feel the love that penny has put into the property. Would gladly stay again!

This is a gorgeous property, close to things you may need to do in Denton, but with a country feel. We were traveling to work on a farm we own in the area, and had some expensive equipment in our truck that we wanted to protect so opted against a hotel. Many local airbnbs were booked and we stumbled upon this. This place is very safe, very clean, beautiful. With baby goats, does, gorgeous sunsets & sunrises, & ponds. The property manager Donna was so kind & helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

The perfect escape from DFW... I needed a quiet place to knock out a big work project but still close to town and this was it. Only a 10 - 15 miute drive to everything I needed in Granbury. The proerty was SO peaaceful. The back patio is the star of the show - lakeview, deer, birds and beautiful sunsets. Hosts were super responsive especially with this being a same day/last minute booking. Perfect for one or 2 people.

Had a great stay Cozy Hill! It’s a great small space. I was looking for quiet and peaceful, and it is so quiet and comfortable. The dog amenities were also super nice and convenient and helpful. Loved the dog park. Would love to stay again some time!

We didn’t get to stay as long as we intended but for the time that we did stay it was suitable and valuable for what it was. The pictures are a great assessment of the area. If you’re a city or suburban person, this may not be your cup of tea but if you’re looking to be, feel and enjoy outdoors … this place is PERFECT!

Loved our stay!

I’m writing this review instead of my husband because I have OCD and am incredibly particular about cleanliness and comfort when staying at other people’s homes. That being said… this lake house was practically PERFECT! I had zero issues with cleanliness and found myself daydreaming about living here forever. It was such a relief to not feel the usual stress and hesitation about touching anything or even walking barefoot on the floors—everything was spotless. NO CLOTHES WERE HIDDEN BEHIND CURTAINS (for some reason most homes we’ve stayed at have this problem)!!! I legit took pictures of their interior design highlight to get ideas for my own home too. The hosts thought of every tiny detail to make the stay welcoming and comfortable (they made elephants out of towels! What beautiful human thought of that?!)!I would recommend this place 1000% to even my closest family members! I truly hope I get the chance to come back soon. THANK YOU to the wonderful hosts for giving me hope in AirBnB!

Great little cozy place to stay! Very peaceful by the water. Loved having the paddle boat to take out. (They only have adult size life jackets, so bring the kid size ones if you have littles!) This place is a little ways out of town but only about a 10 minute drive and it feels like you are in the country! Very relaxing, highly recommend.

The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! We arrived after a long travel day from Edmonton, Alberta. David had stocked the fridge with beer and food for us. David and Carol also made us a beautiful supper and breakfast. Genuinely the nicest people! The real stars of the show were Hank the donkey and Lucy the dog. I will remember this trip forever. We arrived strangers and left as friends. Thank you David and Carol.
