This lakeside getaway was absolutely perfect! The hosts thought of everything, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with stunning lake views. They went above and beyond by providing breakfast essentials like pancake mix, coffee, and even s’mores supplies for the fire pit. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was stocked with games, books, and extra toiletries. Outside, we enjoyed the hottub, fishing and relaxing by the fire with plenty of seating and firewood. The thoughtful touches, like a welcome note and local recommendations, made us feel so cared for. It’s the ideal getaway for relaxation or family fun—highly recommend!

We had a great time at Connie & Jerry’s home overlooking the lake. Beautiful views and a warm inviting fireplace, just can’t be beat! It is very private and peaceful for this time of year. Connie & Jerry were always quick to respond to any questions we had. They were wonderful hosts. We really appreciate them sharing their home with us and hope to return again in the future.

If you’re scrolling through reviews trying to find the perfect place to stay-LOOK NO FURTHER! Every year we go somewhere different, off the beaten path, and this is one of our favorite things yet. We brought our two dogs with us and this place was the perfect stay for them. The windows allow them to see out and the enclosed porch allowed them to be outside without having to worry about leashes. We loved enjoying our morning coffee outside together. It was so peaceful and quiet. We saw plenty of birds, ducks, and even saw two beavers while kayaking in the snow! What an experience. The bed was very comfortable and the shower is huge! They have the stairs covered with a rubber tracking mat which was SO helpful for us and the dogs to go up/down. We did use the kayaks and paddles provided. That made this stay a stand out experience for us. It was the middle of winter so we felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves. Definitely recommend this stay!!! Alicia was fantastic

I absolutely loved it so did the guys we were only there temporarily for a few days due to the holidays but it was well worth the stay brought back childhood memories that I hold dear to myself thank yall again and hope to stay with yall soon again!!!!

This was a very nice and upkept place! I loved the small details for the guests like the tooth brushes and razors. Plenty of parking space as well where riding at turkey bay so we had trailers. Comfortable furniture and nice and clean! Loved the privacy!

The cottage was absolutely perfect!!! It's a beautiful home, clean and cozy!!! The close proximity to the park and river, was a great way to for the kids to play, and enjoy a morning or afternoon stroll down to the river. We had everything we needed, and Nelda was very helpful and always a delight to interact with. We will definitely book again, next time we are back!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Nelda!!! We absolutely loved this home!! It is beautifully located near the park. Our home had water damage and we were displaced during the holidays. Our children were bummed about not being home for Christmas. We arrived at the home and it was decorated for Christmas! Our kids were ecstatic! We felt at home and the host was amazing! It was the best experience we could have ever imagined. Grateful for this Airbnb find!! Amazing experience!

Truly such a beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home! Our trip had to be delayed due to a sick weekend, Cheyanne was so helpful and flexible with us having to reschedule, we were so thankful! The home was everything we could have imagined and more, so cozy, incredibly clean, and on beautiful land. The kitchen has everything you need, pots and pans, silverware, a toaster, etc! They even have firewood on site to be used in the indoor or outdoor fireplace, which I loved! My family and I will definitely be back for another trip, we miss it already!😊
