The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

Stayed for a month at Laura’s and found it very relaxing and felt right at home. The house layout worked great when having a couple of families along with the 2 different bathrooms and bedrooms on each side of the house. The beds were very comfortable, the only negative issue was the sectional couch has seen a lot of use and is not very comfortable. I would definitely stay and hope I get the chance to stay again. Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

We had the wonderful joy of being able to stay for Sept and Oct. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable with the 100 degree temps we were experiencing. Great home to with lots of room

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

The hot tub and pool were a hit for our family! We enjoyed the wonderful view for outdoor cookouts and the split floorplan and large kitchen were very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the nearby access to the desert for offroading. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Three nights was not enough!! I rented Jay’s place because I wanted to spoil a local business owner, his wife, and his three young children, because I know, all he does is work. I also wanted to be close to his house, so they could come and go as they please. Jay’s place was perfect. Kids went crazy for the pool, the slide, the rock features, the waterfall, and of course, everyone loved the hot tub. I gave them one side of the house, and we loved every minute of it. If it had been available a couple more days, I would have extended. Can’t think of one thing I didn’t love. Thanks Jay!! You made me fall in love with Havasu

I stay at AirBnbs monthly for work and this is a new favorite. I feel like I stumbled upon Havasu’s hidden gem, though based on the many 5-star reviews I think the secret is out! I loved everything about this place - the location is perfect. The home is located in a little cul-de-sac space of cute homes with a very open feel with plenty of driveway and garage space right up to the door which makes parking and loading/unloading a breeze. Everything - from the central AC/heat to the ice maker (an essential!) to the smart tv automated to sign out on day of check-out-all worked flawlessly. It’s these thoughtful amenities that put this home on a new level. I didn’t want to leave and extended my stay. Kathy was so kind and goes the extra mile to reach out so you don’t miss the only-in-Havasu festivities (parade made my Christmas!). Thank you so much and see you next time!

This place is a great little place. Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped for an extended stay. Host response not satisfactory. Notified her that the garbage disposal and one of the tv FireSticks were not working. Was told to use a broom handle to free the garbage disposal and reset the FireStick. After attempting both of her ‘remedies’… she was notified that both were still in operational. The disposal was never addressed. I went 38 days with no garbage disposal which caused the sink to back up several times. And was told to leave the inoperable Fire Stick in the drawer and never addressed further. On check out day, I was scolded by the Host for not notifying her that I had left by agreed check out time. The place is VERY nice. The Host… not so much.

Staying at Steven's place was great. Exactly as described. It's nearly impossible to find a boat slip on memorial day weekend, but the resort had several available. We had a great stay!

Nice spacious home in Big River. We know the area and the housing options pretty well and this was right in line. Overall greatly satisfied. We will probably stay again for the off-road races that happen in Parker once or twice a year.

Very beautiful home amazing backyard. Danny was quick to respond if I had any problems or questions. Definitely recommend staying here!

Jean was great. Communication was easy. One thing to be aware of if you plan on bringing young kids, all the kids beds are away from the main house in the casita. House was a 5 minute drive from downtown and roughly a 10-15 from havasu marina. House was overall great, we would rent again.

Frank and his wife have a beautiful home. He was very helpful and a great communicator. Would love to come back and stay at their home. Thank you for having us.

The second time that we have stayed at this Airbnb, Jennifer is amazing to work with. It is a peaceful, quiet location. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing time at Ally's place. We would return after an adventure to this wonderful oasis and relax. The pool was perfect and we felt right at home.

This house is absolutely amazing! We loved every part of staying here. Karen and Rich are very helpful and wonderful hosts. Their house is very well maintained and kept squeaky clean. We also got to meet the pool guy when he came by and he was a very nice guy. I will most definitely be coming back!

Exactly as described and worked perfectly for 3 generations of family to have room to spread out. Right by the pool was nice for the little ones. Would stay again!
