This house is a dream. Peaceful, comfortable, clean and tidy, gardens are immaculate. Our stay was 10 stars. So much to do around the area. We rode mountain bikes four days straight and had a blast. Highly recommended booking this place for a group of great friends looking forward to a great stay.

From start to finish, our stay in Yakandandah was an absolute delight! The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home...we settled in so easily. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still offering the most peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, from a fully equipped kitchen and cosy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The property and views were just stunning...and with the gorgeous and friendly jersey cows grazing in the foreground it was picturesque. We really were in awe of this place. Our host Quinton was very welcoming, responsive, and ensured our stay was comfortable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we would love to return some time in future

We had a fantastic stay at Lian’s place! the location was perfect for exploring Albury. Lian was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. We stayed as a group of 6, including our 3 year old son and there was truly something for everyone. We enjoyed looking out the window in the morning and exploring the property and surrounds looking for native wildlife. The house has truly everything you could need, and we loved having the kitchen there so we could eat our meals at home and enjoy the property for even longer. Kathryn was a wonderful host who was always only a message away, and the recommendations left at the property gave us some great ideas on how to spend our time in the area. We’ve already spoken about plans on when we can come back to visit, as our 3 year old asked if he could live there forever. Thank you for having us!

Mutts on the Murray was a perfect little weekend getaway! Gary was incredibly helpful with his list of local recommendations. Great location with the main street just a 1 minute walk away. Perfect place to stay with kids with a lovely backyard and a wonderful playground just around the corner. Couldn't recommend Gary's place more highly! We will be back!

Fantastic farm stay in a beautiful part of Victoria. Michael is exceptionally friendly and helpful with local information. The location itself is beautiful, especially in the early morning with the sun rising over the weir. The accommodation is excellent with everything we needed for a comfortable three nights. There are some quiet country roads for driving and the excellent High Country Rail Trail passes nearby. Plenty of dining options in nearby Albury / Wodonga.

Very cool and cosy space. Would definitely stay again. Walking into Beechworth very easy (downhill). Coming back either good exercise or cheap with Indigo taxi's. Outdoor space wasn't private as there are other people who could see you - but there was no one around so felt private :) Extra handy to not have to use our own Netflix account and remember how to sign in and out etc. It's a small thing but just made our evening more relaxing, so thank you!

Very quirky and comfortable accommodation in centre of town . Beautiful amenities. Worth noting that no oven or cooktop in kitchen but many restaurants close by. Had a fabulous stay.

A lovely welcoming home away from home, packaged with lots of extras and attention to comfort. Julie responded immediately with check-in information and had a loaf of fresh bread and some other little unexpected treats waiting for us to enjoy. The beds are comfy with lovely linen and ample storage space, and the bathroom is nicely spaced with a great shower and sep WC, providing fragrant complimentary hair/skin washes. We were too busy exploring the King Valley to utilise the private garden but that was very spacious and lush. We used the kitchen and all its lovely crockery and utensils, with a generous dining area and large bright living space. The town itself is very quiet, with local restaurant Henley's closed on the Saturday night so we had to eat in, or dine at the local pub. The rail trail was nice to stretch the legs and we grabbed some tasty cheeses from the Millawa Cheese Factory. Perfect for a couple or small family with great proximity to Bright and Beechworth. It’s the second time we have stayed here, we loved it so much the first time! It’s peaceful, relaxing, cosy, has everything you need and close to everything you want. Host is helpful and responds promptly. Not sure we’d stay anywhere else☺️

great spot, very close to everything and loads of space. better than a lot of the options available nearby which were mostly hotels or motels or the winery accommodation down the road - all looked cramped in comparison. Michelle was very proactive in recommending places to go and we felt very welcomed! Will stay here again next time we are in rutherglen

The Wallace in Basq was a wonderful experience. Centrally located, the facilities were spotless and spacious for our three couple, three day stay. Highly recommended.
